1, Domains with hyphens, are they good, let's say 2 word domain. For example buy-coffee.com or any other related hyphens domains

The truth is that hyphenated domains lose traffic to the non-hyphenated version and they also look unprofessional. This is why serious end users stay away from hyphened domains. However, Germans and other Europeans don't mind having a hyphenated domain name; in fact, they pay top dollar for it. If you want to go the 'hyphen route,' follow these instructions:
a. The two words (combined) must be a noun; a name for a popular good or service e.g. Cloud-Storage dot com, Hemp-Seeds dot com, Hotel-Booking dot com, etc. I think buy-coffee is not good enough.
b. Buy only dot com. Hyphen makes a domain less valuable already. So, buying a hyphenated non-dot com is like flushing money down the toilet.

2, Would you advice a beginner to buy and resell expired or deleted domains OR registering and selling?

Yes. If you can afford to buy at expired domain auctions, please do. However, you need to know how to spot a good name before you dabble into buying relatively expensive expired domain names at auctions. Handregging for $2 (max) gives you a lot of time to get it right when it comes to knowing what to buy.

3.Could you please give hint on how to compose a good domain starting with

A, the maximum length
B, keyword(perhaps the ones you know that draw attentions of buyers
C,mistake to avoid in this biz

Please don't compose a domain from your head. If a name is good enough that you can compose it in your head, you can be rest assured it is already taken.

Maximum length - There is no particular threshold for length in domain though it is advisable to stay away from very long domain names. The rule is "shorter is better" because humans have a short attention span.

Keywords - I don't know the type of domains you buy so it will be difficult for me to suggest a keyword. If you want to know what keywords are drawing the attention of the buyers, go and read sales reports. DNJournal, TLDInvestors, Namebio, NamePros' Sales Report Thread and TheDomains (all in dot com) should be of help here.

Mistakes to avoid - Read more than you buy. A lot of people are buying domain names even when they are yet to fully grasp the fundamentals of domaining. Join NamePros dot com. For every sale that you see, research and see for yourself why the domain sold for that much.

It seems we are on different pages here because Qix.com has been taken since 1994 while Luq.com was taken in 1999.

All 3 characters, not just letters, dot com domain names are taken. In fact, all four letters (English alphabets) dot com domain names are taken. What are some examples of the Chinese 3 letter words available?

1. All 3 characters dotcom domain names have been taken long ago; all combinations of LLN, LNL, NLL, LLL, and NNN are taken already (Hint: L means letter while N means number). On their value, I believe it will fetch some low $X,XX from other investors or end users who feel they can use it.

2. All 4 letters (not characters) dotcom domain names have been taken long ago. You can always sell them for low $XX or more, depending on the letter combinations.

3. Don't even try to buy a 5 character combination of letter and numbers; it's worthless. There are still 4 character combination of letter and numbers available that are also worthless. For example, a1c4 dot com is available and it is worthless. The rule for 5 character domain names is that the characters must be letters only and it must be pronounceable.

Like I mentioned before, MarijuanaZone has been registered since 2008 and I'm very sure you are not the owner.

Cloudnet1 dot com is useless. If you want to buy a name with a numeral, let it be a [Short Single Word+Number] e.g. Sex1, Cloud9, Base2, etc.

Please don't backorder at GoDaddy; they hardly catch dropping domain names. Use NameJet.com, SnapNames.com, Pheenix.com, DropCatch.com or BackorderZone.com

I've not done it before but you can send GoDaddy a mail (or chat) asking them to 'grace delete' a particular domain name and refund your account.

Anyone who knows more about grace-delete should please chip in.

You can park a domain at only one site at a time but you can list it for sale on many other sites at the same time.

I've been using Godaddy for close to two years and I've never heard anything like 'card activation code.' I hope you are not mistaking 'PIN' for 'activation code.'

I believe the email telling you that your account has been blocked will tell you what to do for your account to be unlocked. Most times, what they require is a snapshot of your debit card and valid ID.

You can also chat with them online.

I mailed the buyer that the name is available at Sedo and he made an offer there. It was a normal make offer listing.

Though it is low, considering the current official exchange rate, you will have to make do with this until Paypal makes it possible to receive funds in Nigeria or if you have a domiciliary account.

I think BrandBucket is pretty simple to list on. Unlike other similar sites, BB selects the categories for you already.

All you have do to is already in your dashboard: "Edit Description, Pay Listing Fee, and Validate DNS."

Under 'Edit Description,' you can select the logo price and adjust the listing price. To pay listing fee, you need a US-issued credit/debit card, as Nigeria is not part of the countries on their order page. You can pay using a Payoneer Mastercard (I have one). Alternatively, you can click on "Vote Domains" in your account and appraise 100 domains to get 10 credits, which equal 1 free listing. To validate DNS, forward your domain to their nameservers and you are good to go.
