Let's be civil in our criticism. The commissioner was not with any electoral material. He was beaten by thugs belonging to the Olusola Oke camp. They were aggrieved at the late arrival of election materials and they intentionally descended on the commissioner knowing he was loyal to Lucky Ayedatiwa. A waste of hard-earned money. I understand the pain that comes with losing one's capital and I pray that God should reward them richly for their losses. No businessman deserves this. When my shop was looted some months ago, it almost killed the business but miraculously God never let his own down. |

The rate at which young boys abuse drugs is becoming so unbecoming. Went to chill at a popular hotel bar a week ago and almost all the young boys there were either smoking marijuana or wrapping it to be consumed. This country is gone with the set of youths that we are breeding. |

Transfer all through. I have not felt any hardship, but my dad and mom can't make the transfer even when they have got enough with them. Yes, laugh for all I care, those in the village aren't internet savvy like the rest of us in the city. They can't even access funds of any kind. I had to send cash via a driver to deliver for them. Believe me, it's a devilish policy from the pit of hell. A proper survey should have been carried out before such an unwarranted policy was forcefully conferred on the people. It's not about Tinubu right now, if this goes on for another week, Nigerians might not be able to survive it. It's a draconian policy. My old man was practically crying yesterday. Moral decadence at its peak. We can’t keep blaming the parents. The school as discovered has contributed immensely to the surge of this menace. What I saw on my child's phone on the 31st of December made me realize that no matter how strict you are as a parent, once a child has decided to be wayward, there's absolutely nothing you can do. I think the 21st century is chaperoned with a lot of unexplainable waywardnesses. I won't blame the internet too much, the school environment helps in contributing to this surging peril. 1 Like |
