Mayor555:Oga i love your response ![]() I have this car and mine is not even as well maintained as yours, went to change one of the faulty tyres and somebody was asking to pay me N550k for it on the sport. I was tempted ooo, but the car is my knock-about vehicle and i cant afford to sell it now. |
Cool. This is timely. I have some dry seeds i am planning to plant in my courtyard this weekend. Thanks for this knowledge shared. |
obinnaazu:My biggest challenge has been motality/poor yield |
Whenever "Herod" wants to cut short your destiny, the only option is to run to Egypt ![]() He who lacks wisdom should ask ooo. |
obinnaazu:One thing i must commend you for is your maturity of responding to observations. I would have love to verify your profit/income claims but i cannot "pay" for a farm tour just to confirm your claims. I will choose to wait patiently for testimonies from all the people typing INTERESTED. |
From experience over time, when something or someone sounds too sweet to be true, it is most likely always not true. That was how a fellow got me into catfish farming, only for me to realise that you can only make 30% to 40% ROI in 4 to 6 months. That is without cutting corners or giving your fish rubbish that may cause health problem for your customers in future. |
And yet our past and present government's will keep saying they are investing heavily in agriculture. All they know is to make huge budgets for agriculture without any direct focus other than import and share fertilizer. |
Bruno3000: ![]() You think say na with ordinary eye them they run amala joint for Ibadan abi? |
SEGLIZ:Me too ooo. My own location is Ibadan. |
seriously following. |
Hmmm. I am yet to see any agric business that is easy or profitable as presented online compared to real life. |
following. |
oyin44:And no bi by force to come church donation programme ![]() Obi is a stingy man and everybody knows it. Being finacially discipline and being stingy are two different things but they most at times have same symptoms. |
MarianaTrench:Hmmm. i wont take you on the lecture of jow Christianity has developed the world and the so-called none-religious countries you referred to. But thanks to your good mention that thoes countries have moved forward and abandoned Christianity after it developed them and not becasue it did not work for them. I will strongly advise you go to TB Joshua, Shiloh, Mercyland, etc and see the numbers of foreigners that come there to seek the God that have been abandoned in their home countries. |
lexy2014:And how did the building of the life of men equate to building industries? This church in question runs 2 service on Wednesday mid-week service (i have never seen that kind one before). They run 7 live building services on Sunday due to space constraints. Now they decided to build a structure that will sit all the built and building lives at a time, and you are complaining. So you prefer that they be renting eagle square every Sunday and Wednesday to build lives abi? |
Hmmm. Yes, no twisting. Simply becasue the mastermind robber that did not mention a top politician, is the only one that got sick and die should not mean anything. ![]() Even EFCC building got burnt too, does that mean anything? I hereby humbly request that the Nigerian police arrest any/everybody that thinks any mysterious thing that happen in this country means something other than simple coincidence ![]() |
MarianaTrench:And in the so called progressive economy it is the pastors and the church that are building factories abi? Mr. Economy grower oya tell us how many industries the church has built in USA, China, UAE, etc Your hatred for the progress of the church need no excuse. You can just simply say i hate this. You have the right to hate, dont lie or make excuse. You wont face bad politicians that we elected and are killing us and our economy, be there hating on pastors/churches that are carrying out their own calling. |
ridwanaminu:When these men of God talk agaist people in government that are killing the industries and the economy, you insult them that they are crying because they no longer receive tithes. Now you want them to leave their calling and be building industries that your co-criminals in government will come and destroy with stupid government policies, thunder that will fire you and your kind is waiting for you on judgement day ![]() |
Eberex:Good one. Come to even think of it; it is the tithe of other people that is even being used to run that church that you are still attending and refusing to pay tithes. Like i always say; giving to the poor and paying tithes are two different things. Tithe is only 10% of your increase/net profit (i.e no increase/net-profit no tithe riquired). Giving to the poor has no percentage, Jesus even advised the young-rich-man to sell all he has give to the "poor" 100% and come follow Him ![]() |
Youngext:Google is your friend sir ![]() I just Google and fund this http://ojolowofarms.com.ng/fishportal/ |
I am not an expart to say, but i will give opinion based on my experience. i strongly believe catfish farming is way easier to manage than poultry. Poultry require keen monitoring right from brooding, vaccination to grow-out. While in the case of catfish farming you can even be away from your farm for a day or two with proper water management system. Seasonal demand dependency, poultry has high price fluctuations dependants on festive season. But catfish farming has relatively stable price all year through. You can process your birds and have it frozen, when they have reached maturity and you cant find a market for it, but remember that refrigeration is still at a cost. While in the case of catfish you can process by just simply roasting (forget about oven and fancy repackaging, the aboki roasted sandy catfish is still selling without advert) Diseases? catfish is way easier to manage than poultry. And finally, who says you must wait till 4 to 6 months to sell your catfish? variour sizes are in demand by different customers. This is however from my peraonal experience. Also note that no business is "easy" or "risk free" if there is/are, everybody will be doing business. Therefore just try them both on a small scale and see the one that works for you. |
Dinero018:You are a f**king, stupid, idiot hope i will get triplets? |
pauljumbo:When an incumbent is too weak, it will automatically be an opposition ![]() |
wengerman:It means interesting and captivating. |
Hmmm. |
Aliyahsrecipes:Looks yummy, i will give it a try. |
Chibuzor11: ![]() Have you heard of 24hrs curfew for about 3 staraight days running? Must you throwaway the whole right up because you have never stayed in Kaduna or know anything about the make up of kaduna and it's history as regards to ethnic and religious problems. Bros, you have a right to an opinion, but you don't have the right to insult the wisdom of people that know more than you on many multilevel fronts. |
Hmmm. What I have seen so far in summary. 1. A woman can never be trusted not to have sex with someone she has been having sex with before 2. A friend that has slept with a lady before can still sleep with her not minding the fact that she is his friends wife now. 3. A typical man cannot stand the fact that his friend (or even anyone else) has had sex with his wife way before they got married. Not minding the fact that he also has had sex with some ladies in the past that will or are also married to other men too. Hmmm. As a man can you marry your ex-girlfriend friend? And for the ladies, can you marry your girlfriends ex? |
VaselineCrew:When law enforcement agent will even set up roadblocks on expressway and turn a 4 lane road to one lane in the name of "checking" |
Obi1kenobi:Epic!!! Statements like this gives me the hope that Nigeria can someday be better. |
