I have this car and mine is not even as well maintained as yours, went to change one of the faulty tyres and somebody was asking to pay me N550k for it on the sport. I was tempted ooo, but the car is my knock-about vehicle and i cant afford to sell it now.

One thing i must commend you for is your maturity of responding to observations.
I would have love to verify your profit/income claims but i cannot "pay" for a farm tour just to confirm your claims.
I will choose to wait patiently for testimonies from all the people typing INTERESTED.

From experience over time, when something or someone sounds too sweet to be true, it is most likely always not true.

That was how a fellow got me into catfish farming, only for me to realise that you can only make 30% to 40% ROI in 4 to 6 months. That is without cutting corners or giving your fish rubbish that may cause health problem for your customers in future.

And yet our past and present government's will keep saying they are investing heavily in agriculture. All they know is to make huge budgets for agriculture without any direct focus other than import and share fertilizer.

This church in question runs 2 service on Wednesday mid-week service (i have never seen that kind one before). They run 7 live building services on Sunday due to space constraints. Now they decided to build a structure that will sit all the built and building lives at a time, and you are complaining.
So you prefer that they be renting eagle square every Sunday and Wednesday to build lives abi?

Giving to the poor is not a bad thing but the Bible's instruction is clear. What the church does with it is none of your business. Besides if you aare attending a church where you feel they don't need your tithe, why then are you attending that church?

Come to even think of it; it is the tithe of other people that is even being used to run that church that you are still attending and refusing to pay tithes.

Like i always say; giving to the poor and paying tithes are two different things.
Tithe is only 10% of your increase/net profit (i.e no increase/net-profit no tithe riquired).
Giving to the poor has no percentage, Jesus even advised the young-rich-man to sell all he has give to the "poor" 100% and come follow Him

I am not an expart to say, but i will give opinion based on my experience.
i strongly believe catfish farming is way easier to manage than poultry.

Poultry require keen monitoring right from brooding, vaccination to grow-out.
While in the case of catfish farming you can even be away from your farm for a day or two with proper water management system.

Seasonal demand dependency, poultry has high price fluctuations dependants on festive season. But catfish farming has relatively stable price all year through.

You can process your birds and have it frozen, when they have reached maturity and you cant find a market for it, but remember that refrigeration is still at a cost.
While in the case of catfish you can process by just simply roasting (forget about oven and fancy repackaging, the aboki roasted sandy catfish is still selling without advert)

Diseases? catfish is way easier to manage than poultry.

And finally, who says you must wait till 4 to 6 months to sell your catfish? variour sizes are in demand by different customers.

This is however from my peraonal experience. Also note that no business is "easy" or "risk free" if there is/are, everybody will be doing business. Therefore just try them both on a small scale and see the one that works for you.

Even the Police in Nigeria sef don't have lane discipline on roads that have clear lane markings. I see them on lekki epe, driving on the white dashed lines all the time, it's quite frustrating that even the enforcement agencies have no idea how to drive. Traffic Poilce in Yankee would never drive on the white line unless it's an emergency. They always drive by example.
