Jobs/Vacancies / Please How True Is This Scholarship Program by Olalite1: 9:15am On Aug 11, 2023
Good Morning all,
Please my younger brother participated in an online scholarship program known as SCHOLARSHIP AID INITIATIVE. Online exams were prepared for him and he wrote them and passed, yesterday he received a text from the scholarship program that he has qualified and was selected as a beneficiary of the scholarship program, an invite was sent to his mail to come to Abeokuta, Ogun State for is scholarship award. We currently reside in Bayelsa state, so I want to confirm how legit is the scholarship program and what universities are affiliated with the program. However I have gone online and I checked there website out but couldn't get much info about universities they are affiliated with, so I decided to come to this great forum to get more info about the program. Pls if any one has benefited or know someone who has also benefited from the scholarship scheme please share. Thanks

Jobs/Vacancies / Did Anybody Recieve This Recruitment Invite From Customs Or Am I Being Scammed? by Olalite1: 1:59pm On Aug 16, 2022
Gooday everyone, I brought this topic up on this forum so I can get adequate guidance and advice.
I received a text and also a mail from Customs to come for a recruitment exercise some days ago, I want to verify if I was the only one that received this message or others got it too so I can proceed to the venue for the exercise.
As part of the Ongoing recruitment exercise, you are invited to participate in a CBT exam scheduled to hold on Tuesday 23rd August 2022 at Sascon International School 19A Yedseram Street, Maitama, Abuja by 8am check your email for more details. NB: NCS does not demand or accept any payments from potential recruits.
I am asking this because I did not recently apply for customs recruitment, I apllied for the 2019 recruitment and i was invited for an exam in 2020 which I wrote but I was not shortlisted. on the 4th of August 2022 (Two Years After) I got a text and a mail inviting me for a CBT exam in Abuja. I stay in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State so I want to confirm if this invite is legit before i start incuring cost coming to Abuja. I will be very greatful for your anticipated inputs and advice concerning this journey am about to make. Thanks.

Read the official statement from NASIMS below;

"This is a confirmation update for the commencement of January 2022 payment for graduate beneficiaries that moved to PROCESSING STAGE yesterday 12 April, 2022. The above payment is expected to commence today. However, we assure all backlog payments initiated same day for non-graduate beneficiaries shall follow suit soon. Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Npower: Non Graduates Posted, Payment Commences After Posting by Olalite1: 7:34pm On Feb 02, 2022
Pls Mr Eze, am under the n teach program, i have been paid for september and october but my november status is displaying failed, transaction does not exist. pls what's ur take on this matter.
ezenwaez:

All NPower volunteers under the batch C non graduate category have now been posted, all Npower Batch C under the non graduate scheme can now check details of their posting and training organisation via the Npower NASIMS portal.
Npower non graduate category should not expect payment until they have commenced training at their individual places of primary assignments, strict compliance to instructions must be judiciously followed on the Npower NASIMS dashboard, failure to adhere to instructions will lead to payment hold, should payment commence.
All non graduates under the Npower Batch C programme are to commence training as scheduled on the Npower NASIMS portal.
Documentation might be sighted at places of primary assignments.

I wanted to ignore you but I have time, now can you bring a map and show us anywhere that has a cardinal point South South?
My brother so you are not aquainted with the 16 cardinal points and you don't know about SSW and SSE. My brother go back to secondary school and learn properly.
SS is not a core part of neither the south east nor the south west. So it can stand alone as south south. Read and learn bruv.

But bayelsa is a small state

Bayelsa is not a small state. It is the distance you have covered in bayelsa state that makes you think it is small. Explore other parts of the state except the capital before concluding.
