I am predicting a 65-35 win for Hussain. He is a well grounded politician and in Osun state, people still detest PDP. The fact that he was taking Omisore around has not helped him the least. Iwo's massive votes can be written for APC anyday. |
The level of intellectual inputs in Nairaland is falling badly. What has this op said that is sensible enough to make fp now? Politics in Nigeria is beyond cyber cafe attendants. If Saraki needed the grazing bill to get political position, he will help it. |
We need this pastor in Nigeria to christianise Nigeria. Why cant Nigerian pastors be this bold with their sheep? |
Evans will never be freed. I am 100% sure of that. In fact, he will be executed within 1 year. |
Tonto should read this story and see what lies ahead for her son. I can perfectly understand how this boy feels. Even when I was about 12 years and my dad was transferred to another city to work, I felt it badly. Even though we dont sit to talk, but the aura of assurance of having a father around is massive. |
Incredibly skillful. This is one of the greatness of Nigeria. We have it all. From Agberos in Lagos, to Militants in ND, IPOB and drug dealers in SE, remarkably promiscuous Midbelt people, Almajiris in NW and Boko Haram in NE. Who will not want this sweet mix? |
Me I was 100% confident that he will get death sentence one way or the other. Either he dies in the hands of FSARs or he dies after court judges him. All this #freeevans nonsense is just for twitter and facebook. Once Abba Kyari is through with him and the confessions dry up, we just wont hear anything about Evans again. Same thing happened to godogodo the police killer. He confessed for few months and is now unheard of again. |
I am 99.99% sure Abba Kyari never said all those things quoted. He is not the talkative type. Having said that, the pictures taken were personal photos which got public. Anywhere in the world, police celebrate bursts. They may not do it publicly, but they sure do it. Kate is just one bold nonsense trash talker. She has no substance except acting scripts. |
Churches collect high amounts in tithes and gifts without vetting the source. It is only normal that blood money is included. RCCG already admitted taking such money in the past. |
robosky02:Waxing stronger in some arrangee honour. Keep tickling yourself. You will laugh soon. |
Highway robbery just outside Abuja christmas period 4 years ago. Thieves in army uniform so my car got trapped too. Couldnt reverse to escape so I just gba kamu. As the thieves approached and it was my turn, I gave him my phone, money and all I had. The thief that came for me seemed scared too. He wanted to collect my wallet but I told him its useless for him as I had no money inside. Then he told me to lie flat on the expressway. This was the scariest part. I just crawled to the road side and laid down face down until I heard people shouting that the robbers had gone. This was around 1am to 2am. Few kilometers after, we met a police checkpoint. I'm not convinced the police didnt hear the robbery just 3 minutes away. |
dealslip:But this policy was drafted during GEJ presidency. CAN was silent then. Reno was S.A. to GEJ and did nothing. It's been 3 years of the policy now and suddenly it's islamisation. |
Lightening:If you will see all Nigerian children as equal, then you will see the use of Arabic language. In the North, Arabic is essential for trade. A lot of students from the North go to Arab countries for education. Arabic is important for them. Arabic is the 3rd most spoken official language in Africa. The Nigerians working in Arab countries (both Christians and Muslims) will tell you the importance of Arabic. The way we build our kids is how we will reap the rewards. My child will learn as many languages as possible because I dont know tomorrow. I dont know where they will find or get a job in this global village. You can continue to be myopic, I only came to state the facts. |
alBHAGDADI:You are so full of hate. Your hate will consume you. If the government introduces Jewish language, I'm sure the Jewish language will be of great use to you and your family. Fortunately, we have rational human beings in Nigeria who do not go near people like you. French is also a foreign language. Why is CAN not making noise about it? FFK just seeking relevance from the ignorant people we have in this country. He cannot approach intelligent people and make such claims. He has people like you on lock and you will dance naked in public for him. |
feelgoodInc:Let me also make something clearer. This option between French and Arabic only comes for JSS1-JSS3 students. Primary school students dont face this option. Now back to your hypothetical situation. A school that does not have a French teacher can be petitioned to have one. Having said that, your fear of Arabic language seems to be irrational. Do you fear Chinese language same way? If you go to Dubai for shopping, then a bit of Arabic will help you through. Same way French may help if you go to some neighbouring countries. We have to all realise that we are all in one country. The North is even more in need of Arabic due to the neighbouring countries they have. Niger, Chad, and some Sahara trade routes communicate in Arabic language. Moreso, the corrupted Arabic language, Ajami (not sure of spelling) is as rampant in the North as broken English in the South. |
ChimaAdeoye:You were sold a lie and you swallowed it. Do not let these people turn you to a mumu. Read for yourself and look at the curriculum before fighting a blind fight.
|
repogirl:The height of ignorance. |
Nigerian Christians who fall maga for MOGs will easily fall maga for fake news too. Its all in the game. See as their blood dey hot like oil used to fry akara. Some facts: 1. CRS/CRK is NOT removed from the curriculum. 2. IRS/IRK has not been inserted into the curriculum. 3. Both CRS and IRS being religious studies have been merged into 1. 4. Arabic LANGUAGE is offered as an option to French! If you are too blinded by religion that you cannot see a difference between religious studies and language, then I cant help you. Is French tied to CRS in any way? See the curriculum for yourself and do not let desperate liars in CAN and PDP deceive you. They are only crying for daily bread after the government left their hands.

Wonderful officer. I first knew about him during his time at Iyaganku, Ibadan. As at that time, I knew he would make a top top officer one day. Deligent and uncompromising. As much as kudos go to him, I think his team is also fantastic. He has a way of bringing out the best in SARs wherever he is. On a side note, I think SARS nationwide are now being really professional. Maybe their salary has been increased tremendously. No SARs officer should collect less than 250k a month. |
I studied French in school, and to me it was a useless language. Our neighbours who speak French all want to change to English. Learning Arabic is going to be important as we now have a lot of Nigerians emigrating to Arab countries (Dubai, Qatar, etc). I would think this is clear enough, but the pastors must fire up their base. Islamophobia is the new cash cow to pastors. |
CRK is a religious study. Arabic studies is a language study. This much I believe should be clear. |
So how does she know she's been delivered? Will she be telling the pastor next time the urges come? |
How can you use generator till 5am? I have a rule in my house for tenants. ALL gens must be off by 11pm! sometimes 10pm self. Respect your neighbours. |
What a good early morning giggle I had reading some of the formats. Plenty obvious red lights were flashing. 35 USD per hour in this Europe? You should have backed out when his spellings became suspect. He's a crude, low level scum. I left Nigeria about 16 years ago and honestly I could have fallen for this format then as I knew nothing. |
Dlordsamurai:This mentality is why our politicians continue to Rob us blind. All properties where Evans money is involved should be seized. He is a pauper without criminal proceeds and he should be returned to being a pauper. His children should be below the children of the honest bus conductor. |
This wife is as tricky as her husband. I feel she's not even in Ghana. She must have called someone in Ghana and did a conference call to the reporter. She is probably following a previous agreement with her husband on how she should act when he is caught. She should come to Nigeria and let Abba Kyari interview her. She wont be saying the same again. As for the children, they deserve to be deported and handed to social services in Nigeria. The police should sell all his properties to repay the known victims. |
Hope NFF will treat the girls well this time and not impose psychological pain on the players like Mary Ologbosere last time. |
The propaganda and fake news factory will be busy as ever. It is a test of intelligence. Believe stories like this and you bracket yourself into the less intelligence bracket. |
If the video didnt come out, the 'labour of these heroes' would have being washed down a drain. How many more millions who have sacrificed for Nigeria and are not remembered? Nigeria has many honest great people and few bad eggs. |
Two things came to mind. 1. It seems most of his victims are criminals too. He must have profiled them well before striking. The Toyota sparepart seller seems like a drug pusher or into similar job. 2. It seems EFCC also has a hand in his arrest. Those dollars found with no owners surely opened a can of potential investigations. |
He will serve God in prison for the few years pending his execution. The mentality of this father is even wrong. He didnt realise he had such a rich son, while he barely put food on the table. Evil money does not make one rich. Look at him today, all that wealth is gone. |
The enemies of this country will make up any story to justify why the country should burn. I wont take any facebook news from people in the SE serious. |
