Quite revealing and really fits into the analysis I have made myself that DIA under Munguno couldn't have released this guy without either being authorized to do so or wanting to use him to infiltrate the BH ranks because of his links and credible Intel.

1. Moguno was kicked out of CDI office in 2011 (not out of the Army).

2. Minimah was the GOC 81 Division Lagos as at then till 2013. He wasn't Moguno's successor.

3. Moguno was retired in 2014 along with other officers that were senior to Minimah when he was made CoAS in line with Army tradition.

4. There is no relationship between Moguno's many gaffs that led to his redeployment in 2011 and Minimah that was appointed CoAS in 2014.
