This is the weakest government headed by the weakest leader Nigeria has ever known since this unholy union was forced on us by Lord Lugard. Not even the Interim Government headed by Earnest Shonekan was this disjointed and weak. How Buhari got promoted through the ranks in the military remains a mystery--I am baffled. He must have signed a pact not to sack the Service Chiefs or else how do you explain the fact that those lots continue to keep their places despite the huge mess that is our security system?
