Marcgrace: Hello @ Everyone, I am about to attach my documents through GCKey but for Proof of Means of Financial Support, I could only upload a bank statement. How do I attach more documents for POF, I thought it should be a total of 4MB? Thank you. Scan all the POF documents and merge them together, ones you done use ilovemypdf to compress it to your prefer size. |

slutky: Hello guys,
Please I have a challenge. I have my student visa approved already to start a Post Graduate Diploma in September. However I just got another admission for Masters and I prepare the Masters program. I hear that I will have to reapply again for another visa because I want to change school since I am outside of Canada. Please I need advise of how to go about it. Does it mean I have to start the visa process afresh again when I already have a visa that has been approved.
Please need advise I would advice you make entry into Canada with the approval college and you switch ones you arrive into Canada which come with at least a semester. But if you know you can go through the visa huddle again use your master admission for sowp advantage. |

mayowade50: Hi guys
Please I need your help, My kid bro got refused Canada Study Permit tonight on the basis that;
• You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors: • Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
For family ties, He has a son but not married, Dad is late, mum is into business. He's travelling alone.
For POF, I stood as the sponsor, submitted my microfinance six months bank statement of N25m and my business six months gt bank statement with balance of about 8m. We also submitted his six months statement of account with balance of N750k
We submitted affidavit of support that I would be giving me $25k CAD which is about N8m.
We did not submit any Asset Document.
We've paid $6000 CAD tuition fee and submitted the receipt.
The school is NBCC
Please guys what can I do? Help a brother! I’ll advice you send the funds you claim you intended to support him with into his personal account fo the VO won’t see the affidavit and your fat balance as a disguise. For the home tie you can find a land to fix the assest loopholes as that goes a long way and it as been tested and it works as the assets gives a solid ground in home tie and assets. IRCC prefer your POF in any commercial bank as they frown bitterly to Microfinance bank |

Just thinking of the possibilities of my refusal and the Notes is taking years to come. Not at all there are series of loopholes in your application even in your SOP/LOE that’s where the inconsistency part came in as one of the refusal reason. |

freedomtours: Good morning Japa fam
I was refused yesterday based on:
• Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable).
• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.
My course of study was Bsc ( Bachelor of Arts) in the university of Saskatchewan and I already have Bsc in public Administration. My visa application was on 10th October 2022. No school fees deposit. I will need the input of the gurus in the house I know my application was not properly package in the first place, I will like to address those concerns in my first application before i reapply, with the help that I will get from this fam. Why another BSc when you go for a graduate certificate or masters of you meet the requirement... And you need a reasonable tuition deposit and show a reasonable Pof with a significant link of source of how the money was accumulated.. It depend if you a self sponsor or using your parent as sponsor |

I have gotten admission with Thompson Rivers Uni(MBA) and Cape Breton Uni(PGD in Business Analytics). I would appreciate any advice on which to go for considering that I would like to transition to PR. Which is better in terms of cost of living, ease of transition.
Thank you. CBU is cheaper in terms of cost of living.. Research they but Thompson Rivers is a lovely University. I prefer data analytics to MBA. My perspective tho |

Shrunkwriter: How does one explain purchase of black market fx inside SOP. Statement shows transfer to seller(individual a/c). How do I present this to the V.O
Secondly ... I've been borrowing someone money for over like 2 years now, and the person has been paying back with "loan repayment" as narration. Apart from explaining this in SOP ... is there any document I can use ? Or would a letter from the person suffice Your fx purchase shouldn’t be an issue here and I don’t think u need to start explaining to VO you scoot out your CAD through black market because they understand each country economy uand ppl working for them here. And for the loan payment if it not everyday transaction U shouldn’t be so bothered about that too only and only if you want to preppoint something with such in ur SOP.. |

I’m to upload I want to reapply List those document for better insight of the expert. If you are sure you have submitted a strong document to show the proof of fund then take a step ahead.. Tell your sponsor to transfer a reasonable amount of money to your personal account and tag as a tuition expenses backing that up with an affidavit and it must be notarized. Your case is not that tedious |
