The man exhibited enough reasons to portray him as a criminal (suspect) and/or someone that should be sent to an asylum. The Police should pay a visit to his former employer (Global Kids) in order to carry out some background checks.

He said he wasn't trying to travel and that he just wanted to see the airport yet he joined a queue and had foreign currency on him. How ludicrous! Is this fellow even sure of his name?

On the other hand, how are we sure that he wasn't just pretending and only became incoherent or delirious when he was caught? The guy has a total of 441,000 francs on him! A former teacher in Sokoto? What has been his source of livelihood since he left Global Kids? And wait for this - he allegedly collected the cash from his sister to enable him pay a visit to the airport! Who is this sister that would release such a sum of money for an airport visit?
