hello madam, my baby is also experiencing this stubborn rashes on both cheeks, despite taking all the drugs Dr prescribed for her the rash does OFF and ON. This morning it appears again. I have given MIL go ahead on herbal remedy.
Could it be rashes caused by breast milk splash, you know the day babies remove their mouth suddenly and breast milk spray on their faces. Try and use wet cloth to clean baby's cheek anytime there's a splash.

Good day, it's about this Blood group of a thing, I'm A+ while my wife is A- and she is 20 weeks pregnant.

She had an abortion close to 2 years now and we are not aware of the this blood group thing but now the doctor told us that she will have to do a test now ICT I think and if it's negative, then she's good but if not she will have to take 3 Rhogam injections and per injection is 35k and I'm very rich at the moment.

I had to gather money to pay for the test which is 10k5 and the result of the test will take couple of days to be out.

Pls with your experience, what should we expect from the test and I will need your advice pls, I'm on a hot seat not to talk of my wife.

Thanks in anticipation.
I was pregnant 3years ago too and we let it go, we weren't aware of rhesus factor too, fortunately I tested negative throughout my pregnancy last year. I only took Rhogam after birth, the reason for 3 shots of Rhogam if positive is to reduce the antibodies not to affect the foetus.

I pray the result comes out negative, I know how you feel cos I was dead scared during my time too but what I do is pray and I did the ICT test often because I have someone that works in the lab.

I hope I haven't got you confused, Regards to your wife.

I travelled to kaduna from Ekiti for my sister-in-law's wedding when my baby was 5months and 2weeks.
And she was fine...
Like one mama advised weigh your options, follow your instincts above all pray about it (I did and it worked)
Thank you for your input ma, I really appreciate.

Hubby is not even looking looking my side as regards the matter and the wedding is this weekend.

The main issue here is the bad road esp the Oyo/ Ogbomoso route but then if it were to be only you without a baby I guess you would have simply prayed for safety and went since it's a wedding you really don't want to miss..

At this juncture.. I would simply say pray, follow your instincts, weigh ur decision (comfortability, stress, baby, transport fare, what ur hubby feels about it, etc) and choose what's best... may God guide your decision...
Amen, thank you so much ma'am. I really appreciate.

goodfortun:
My issue is those roads are unpredictable esp the oyo/ogbomoso route, the journey might take longer than eexpected and baby will start being grumpy. If private car, I guess it's okay since comfort is guaranteed but public transport? I can't say. I did air and train travel with baby at 4months but it was pretty short so i managed it okay..
That's exactly Hubby's fear, the Oyo/Ogbomosho road and it's a public transport.
Thank you for your response ma'am.

Happy new year to you mamas.

Please how safe is it to travel to Ilorin from Lagos by road with my 5months plus baby?

My Bestie is getting married and I really don't want to miss her big day if it's safe to go with my baby.

Hubby thinks it's not safe plus harmattan, I need concrete reason to convince him.

Mamas please don't Waka pass.
