It depends on the quantity of pap you are giving per time. You add just enough formula to sweeten it a bit.

Personally, i didn't add formula to my ds pap when he started taking it at 6 months. There were times he didnt finish the usual quantity i prepare for him and then had to pour away or drink it myself
To me, it looks like a waste. Formula is expensive considering the number of tins i had to buy weekly.
I gave him pap separately and then milk separately. It worked for us that way.

If it were me, I'd boil either pure water or bottled water for the flask.. Let's just say i don't trust tap for very little babies

Once in a while, I boil and drink but we drink pure water most times and cook with the tap water.

Good morning mamas, please I've some questions to ask.

I plan to compliment my DS feeding after 4months and he will be 4months in some days, Do I prepare his pap with the normal water running in the house or I should use pure water?

He will be starting crèche by January, by God's grace. Do I boil the bottled water into his flask or just boil pure water and put sealed bottled water?

I have few baby clothes to give out, new ones and neatly used ones. Also Virony diaper size 3, my baby reacted to it so I'm giving it out, it's over 30 pieces. Location is Ipaja.
NB: The new baby clothes are modern care.

Good evening mamas, I took my Ds to the health center today and Full blood count was done, there's no infection. I was asked to watch what I eat and he was given ORS with zinc .
We were given NOSCLAV dry syrup too for the catarrh

What I meant about baby rice is rice boiled to porridge form. Like very soft that when blended, there won't be any trace of lumps.

Note: I added sweet potato to the recipe to sweeten the meal.

My son reacted to the first one. Vomiting;was given injections and saline through IV. I was told to allow the explosive poop to run its course and it later stopped.
