Appraisal are not scam, you don't pay more attention to their estimated value. Like estibot recognised keywords popularity and short character, is never friendly to brandable. Godaddy pay more attention to historical and similar sales. This tools sometimes give a glimpse of hope on the value of domain but one should not rely totally on them.

Dommain's worth is what the buyer/ end-users pay to get it and this is subjective.

Please, this is vague to me. How will they know this? How will they know I already started negotiations? I mean, if I already started negotiation with a prospective buyer and we eventually settled at my BIN price, all the buyer then does is go to the landing page and click that BIN. This will still be the same with someone who just walked by on his own, saw the domain, and clicked BIN. Am I missing something?

To answer your question,I used to go about it in two ways. Firstly, I will get a screen shot of my conversation with a potential buyer, most especially if I have counter the offer of the buyer and I didn't receive any response from him. I will now email undeveloped to help me close the sale, given detail of the buyer and how much he offers and how much I intend selling. Undeveloped will pick it up from there and they might close the sale for you. [I got this nugget from Haykay2005 here on this thread and I have sold through it]

Another step you have to take is to go to undeveloped dashboard, navigate to sales activities, click on a lead,a drop menu that contains the domain name,name of the potential buyer,email address, phone no, and amount you intend to sell. Fill all these info accordingly. Then bellow it click negotion, or if you have closed the sales yourself click something like agreement or settled"not too sure of the English they use sha" then submit. Undeveloped will do the rest and if you eventually sell through this undeveloped will deduct 5% commission.

Are you paid in dollar with Dom acc? I had sometimes like that, that banks do convert to naira equivalent in Dom acc.

I used streak,hubspot and crazy ripples for zoho Incase am using zoho mail.
Hubsport let you know when there is click through ur link. Is like streak doesn't have that feature. These applications do not have Android version. Is like streak has but not effective.
When I used Android for outbound I normally used getnotify to track. but it is not as effective as streak and hubsport

Who are you and why should I deal with you? I told him my real name and let him know am a domain name investor and a broker. I waived the aspect of country course that one fit spoil my show.
I dropped the link but I noticed he didn't click on the link.

How can we deal? I was happy when he asked this question course I know this an avenue to close d deal. I told him the domain is listed in one of the best domain marketplaces that provides escrow services and assured him he is protected.

I dropped the link again this time around he clicked the link but he didn't buy.
Latter he said, I will like the domain to be transferred to name cheap.how about that? I said sure it will but the domain is still under 60days lock. You can do just that after 60 days. That was how d conversation goes from Monday till Thursday.
Only to wake up dis morning with sales order from undeveloped.

I sent another email to confirm the notice of payment and appreciate his patronage,a and also told him one of the undeveloped staffs will contact him shortly for the possession of his domain. Of course he did respond with happinesses.

That was my asking price, though in my initial outbound I put $400 I didnt get any response. But base on track the buyer's open rate was high. I ran to ikyerpromotions to complain and he advised me to lower the price. Three weeks after, that was on Monday I decided to send emails out with the price of $250 and he responded immediately.
