I bought a domain name which I didn't know it's copyright and the client told me to call him. So, I talked to someone on this thread and helped me put a Call through, he told him he wants to file a case against me. What should I do about the domain name please? What is the wayforward?

Hi guys, so I recently used Epik's escrow service to close a deal (bulk sale). And I'm quite impressed with it because it is quite straightforward, simple and with less charges (5%), instead of the normal 10% commission. Though you can also tell the buyer to pay the charges, or split it btw both of you.

So incase you want to close a deal especially bulk sale I would recommend epik's escrow, by so doing you would also save your client the stress of buying each name individually.

The competition is now more fierce. Good geo names seldom drop again. They are now caught by dropcatch or snapnames.. Seems reporting geo sales on namepros has somewhat draw foreign domainers attention to its potential

What i will like to wrap my head is a Nigerian pays $3000 for a domain for just sewing and craft fans, doesn't make sense to me and i don't see the logic in it. Someone asks that how is that possible? its achievable, all it requires is simple maths, thus, train 40 people per week for 52 weeks consistently for 5 year. (40 times 52 weeks times 5 years equals 10,400 people).

Though, this is tough and challenging, but I believe that with determination and persistence we will scale through by God's grace.

I received an inbound offer for one of my domains that ends with the word "sales" but the singular "sale" is available an unregistered.

Now the offer came from a GoDaddy broker with $250 as opening offer.

I told them that i would do anything $599

Because i listed the domain for $400.

Is it advisable that i register the singular, from your view since its available.

Do you think they might decide to go for the singular, which is just a reg fee.

I really dont know what to do!
