Hi everybody, so naturally I'm never attracted to a dark skinned girl. I just get turned off even if she's really cute. But when ever I see a light skinned girl my senses go buzzing like a moving train. I let my opinion known and this has gotten me a lot of hate from dark skinned girls who curse and say 'I'm going to end up marrying a mami water' (I don't mind marrying one) ;Dthey say I don't have eyes and I don't know real beauty? ! Instead of the word 'foundational program', would you rather explain that you did a 2 year 'College Preparatory program' and sent proof to the school before admission and you also got a scholarship with it? I'm trying to think and use American diction here. It may not make any difference, but it would be better understood by the VO. If I may ask, did you take these courses at a Higher Institution? Is it like Pre-lim, Diploma..., and is O'Level a WAEC/High School Diploma? Hope you didn't get accepted to the likes of Everest.

Godspeed! If you took college level courses, even better. Give the same information as listed on your DS-160. Consistency is KEY!

I registered at Educational Advancement Centre(EAC) at Housing-Bodija rd. Ibadan.It cost me N19,100(registration fee) + N400(Passport photograph) = N19,500(Total).
The January registration has passed unless you have to visit GIEVA in Lagos before 18/12.It is even cheaper, it is around 14k but consider transport fare.
The March exam registration is in progress.
Whichever one you choose to do; pls go ahead.

I don't hav d SAT book yet, b'cos d guy told me to pay 5k; but if you can pay, then contact him.
I was given a small SAT booklet when registering which contains some tips & questions(Although,it is not enough to prepare 4 the exam).
I do visit collegeboard site to answer the daily question.
I will get some books this week to study.

Everything(issuance+sending) together is 5000 Naira only, no Kobo but try to hold extra cash.
Then, you have to take the other requirement(passport photo., copy of result, institution's address(where u re sending to), Attestation letter from High sch(May/June exam only) along.
Note: If you stay at Ibadan, you will have to visit the Lagos office to apply.

talk2D: Hi everyone, i went to WAEC to request for transcript and was told, they send out "confirmation of result" .Fine!
The issue am having is that, the university am applying to, requires academic record/TRANSCRIPT to be sent by WES(evaluation service) and i notice that WES do not require High school transcript(as required doc) for Secondary Education category.
Can someone figure out what am not getting right? Thanks

Snazzygirl: @talk2D, u'll go to waec office, apply for your transcript and give them WES address so they can send it to them. There are some documents waec expects u to bring before they can process ur transcript, so go to waec front desk and get a list of the documents before u apply for the transcript. When WES receive ur documents, dey'll translate/evaluate.

I think u can send ur copy of ur certificate from waec , that's if u have it.

imperiouxx: May be it's possible now but during the time I was applying I was told at post office and many banks I visited that money order isn't possible. Then I resolved to GTN.

ferdimako: It's still okay considering other factors. But they should have under $50 and why don't you use a GT/Diamond debit card? Quite lower than what GTN offers but again if you wanna beat deadline, why mind N3,500?

imperiouxx, never mind. I just got an email from them. They charge N3500 for payments under $99..imagine I wanna pay $26(N4160) I'll v to pay N3500 to make d payment..this is bad!!

It can cause you N5-8K for Nigeria bank charges + US bank charges and here is the recent one sent to me from Nigeria;

from what u've said even after payment, u'd still need to do as instrukted( if u havent done that lready, try gettn close to an official in WAEC office never mind their initial fronting when they know u gon sort 'em well they wld help u out,please open ur eyes wella oh make dem no scope yu oh!!) before they'd commence their routine review, verification if need be and evaluation...i empathize wiv u cos WAEC can b a pain in the A$$ but its doable..on the long run the stress is worth it, but if it seem 2 tough as i posted earlier streamline ur search to ur area of interest yu'd definitely get a meaningful result wiv regards to schools dat dont require WES but myte need to wryte standardized test ielts/toefl/sat.etc..

Theyjih: imho, hw bout u streamline down to bout 6-7 schools that offer ur course/ specialty it would be easier that way if the field is known i'm sure a couple of peeps on here wld b able to help out.. at this rate the info u 've given cant be worked upon.. from what i understand with WES if u're ready to part wiv moolah ur verification/ evaluation and submission to ur school would be completed in a week, at most two weeks NO BS!.. the latter would be cos of naija univ. E&R section that just stress peeps unnecessarily. i went through the same process..

wah I'm fed up about in this wes ish is that, my docs r wif them but wen my uncle went to complete d payment, they were like my waec result was supposed to be sent by waec itself! My status still reads waiting for payment! Does this mean they've acknowledged my docs?! Iono know sef! Pls help me out. I sent d photocopy of my statement of result n original copy of my high skul transcripts
