My cousin did his biometrics in Lagos and now they sent passport request email, is it a must to send the passport to Lagos where the biometrics was done or it can be sent to Abuja ?

Madamgift, what has changed in just a month, last month, you were telling us that UWL is a good sch and today you started badmouthing the school.

This is scary with this kind of bad review for UWL, please how is ARU- Anglia Ruskin University review. Do we have anyone studying there presently before someone jump into fire all in the name of schooling.

Good morning my people.
Having been in the Uk for over two months now studying at University of west London, I will like to advise admission seekers to opt for better options, only come to UWL if it’s your last resort or you don’t have any other option because the fees are too much for such a waste. Firstly, this school should not be a University but a polytechnic or college. The non academic staffs are super rude and the finance team are on another level. Once you get here, even after paying 10k tuition deposit, they will harass you for the balance of your tuition. The environment where the school is, housing cost is over the roof. Any money you are working will go to accommodations unless you have a family member to stay with. Timetable is adjusted at will and very annoying. Imagine having a class at 9am- 10am and another one at 5.30pm to 7.30pm! They will ensure you come to school up to four times a week. If you miss lectures too many times, they will send you emails threatening to send you back to your country oo. Lecturers will take forever to reply your email, I don’t know who gave them the award for student experience but that thing is audio. Forget about scholarships and tuition discounts.
If you are already coming to UWL, I will advise you to bring enough money along o. Again, UWL should be any admission seeker’s last resort because the school No be am at all. Total waste of all that money I must say. I have been researching ways to transfer and if I can get a refund of my tuition or the tuition is sent to another school. Please if you have any information on changing schools kindly help me please.

Is it a must that the address on the bank statement must match with TB and CAS as some of us opened our account for so many years in a different state and didn't change the address on the bank account. Any advice pls ?

Hubby, who happens to be my dependant was refused a Canadian visa in 2012 to attend a conference. He has lost the refusal letter since its over 10 years, any advice please in case the ECO request for refusal letter or its better not to state it in the application.

2. Please use your bank app generated pdf in place of payslips. I used those as payslips and still got my Visa approved.

Please what of those of us that usually get our salaries in cash because we are working for small organizations.

They don't expect account to be funded priory to conditional offer but most Unis require account to be funded before issuing CAS

I don't think there's any university listing form A as its payment method. Form A falls under bank direct transfer.

Secondly, if you're out of the country, you can use Form A. Form A is electronically done and your presence will not be need. But make sure you have the required informations and documents for Form A.

Comparing First bank and Gt Bank, it all depends on individual. But first bank would serve me better. Gt is everlasting wait.
N/B: I am saying about these banks based on the information from this thread. It fluctuate. Everything depends on the queue waiting ahead of you. As for me, if you're ready, Unity bank and Ecobank are the fastest for now.

Please is it compulsory to use the same bank for FORM A and POF or it can be different since some banks process form A faster as i am considering opening an account with the faster bank for the sole purpose of tuition deposit via Form A?

Got a conditional offer for January intake at ARU: To submit work reference and police clearance certificate. I have uploaded both documents.

Next steps says I should pay 4k tuition deposit (paid already) and provide evidence of maintenance funds to the school. My POF will be 28 days old on August 9. Can I submit POF before it clocks 28 days old or wait till day 28( Aug 9)?

Deadline to meet all requirements is Aug 22

When was the conditional offer issued, as i want to confirm if they expect the account to be funded prior to the issuance of conditional offer. I also applied to ARU for Jan 2023 intake and yet to get an offer. When did you submit your own application please and how long does it normally take to get admission decision after applying.
