Good morning, please vfsglobal issue evisa to a lady and she got to south Africa yesterday and was not allowed entry. Reason is that they can't find her visa online at the airport. If they input the visa number they only see the old previous evisa of last year. Funny enough, the evisa was sent to her mail and is on vfsglobal evisa site too. Please who has contact that can help out. The woman is at the deportation side in south Africa airport. She had missed her exam, at least they should allow her access to food and water. This is not her own error, rather the issue of the visa error to update it online. The immigration officers saw everything and confirmed it's authentic and not fake but that it has to appear on their own portal too before they can allow her. We are exhausted as all mail sent to vfsglobal evisa not replied yet. South Africa Evisa system againπ³ Imagine the trauma and stress the lady would have experienced She even missed her purpose of the trip. What is the situation with her over there? I hope she's back to Nigeria as I'm sure she won't be grant entry. People need to start looking elsewhere, what's it with south Africa sef I don't understand. |

Take a look at NIgeria in a whole economy, trade, exports, commerce, employment not forgetting Oil theft. Not until Nigeria makes a UTurn in the aforementioned, Naira will fall. When CBN is done selling all the dollars. We shall see. Keeps your Dollars. Seems like you don't know that things are taking shape with our economy.. CBN is generating more USD with the recent policy and it's working. @bolded π.... Keep what? So will you buy when it becomes worthless? 1 Like |

jinka: Good day, I'm having issues with my car battery I have used the battery for 3yrars without any problems, just last week I noticed that my battery usually run down anytime I park it for about 8hrs and above. Now what I usually do is to remove the battery head when ever I park it, just recently I noticed it runs down too even after removing the battery head for long.
What could be the problem: - not charging very well? - something drains the battery in the car or ? - the battery not good again?
Pls I need your reply, it has been frustrating me since last weak Your battery is weak Need replacement 1 Like |

I like your confidence π€£. As a business man at heart, I am keeping enough naira aside to purchase as much dollars as possible if it ever comes back to that range..
My buys will start from 1k if it ever drops down there. Until then fingers crossed.
As long as CBN is subsidizing dollars, it will fall. The subsidy is coming from the FX reserves. Oil theft is on high rate

The demand for dollar has obviously reduced like you rightly said. I'm never arguing against that. If not for any other reason, many Nigerians have become too broke to afford foreign products (like toks cars). Japa has become unattractive either. This is not about enemies of Nigeria at work.
I've lived in Nigeria long enough to realise that when people like you threaten people to sell their dollars, then something obviously isn't right. If dollar is truly losing against the Naira (through appropriate fiscal and monetary policies), there wouldn't be a need to issue threats or warnings. No reasonable person wants to lose money. So, why are you and the federal government mouthpieces "threatening" people to sell off their dollars? Fear of depleting the reserves and borrowed funds?
You'll also be making a mistake thinking that the majority of Nigerians (ordinary people) have dollar stashed up somewhere. People wey dey wait make dollar fall so they can activate their plan. Lol. Even me, I dey wait like this make e fall to N600π
You're making another big mistake thinking the ordinary people are the enemies of Nigeria. Na ordinary people released the Binance executive from a "heavily-guarded" detention?? Those who have lived in Nigeria long enough understand too much to blame the ordinary people on NL. Hehe. Finding all means to defend your hoarded dollars π Writing episode here won't make your hoarded dollar to rise ever again. @bolded π. Who is threatening who? 1 Like |

The floating of dollars shouldn't have shot the exchange rate to #1900.It is the enemies of the country that whr at work. The criminals using speculation to make money instead to go and engage in productive Ventures. They will learn the hard way..It is demand and supply that is at play now because the criminals bdc have been closed and new regulations. I expect cbn to ban completely the use of physical dollars for anything in nigeria. And for those thinking dollars will ever go back.it will never happen. The last cbn governor and pmb was the worst thing to happen in nigeria That bald head CBN emere π is a very usel.ess man. Let them keep hoarding, time will tell. Your first mistake is to assume that hoarders lack tactics. π
Nigeria has never lacked hoarders. As long as Nigerian politicians live, hoarders will remain.
You're looking in the wrong direction by asking hoarders on a TBills thread to offload their dollars. Are politicians a joke to you? The only way to tame hoarding is to keep up with the positive trend. Offloading is not as important as ensuring that the Naira continues to gain. Na small thing dey make Nigerians panic. Offloading now doesn't mean they won't buy again tomorrow at the slightest fall. Ok We shall see, it's just a matter of time.... I will quote you when the naira finally gain ground.... But for now, observing mode activated ππΆ |

There is absolutely no reason why the dollar should fall in the manner we have seen since Tinubu took over in the first place. Everything we see happening right now is caused by the cluelessness of one man.
Tinubu met the dollar at β¦700-β¦800. He floated the Naira, claiming that the government could no longer subsidize the dollar. He also "removed" subsidy, and we all saw the consequences within a very short time (in few days).
What's happening right now is that Tinubu has realised his mistakes and is now doing everything within his powers to take us back to the Buhari era.
Firstly, the dollar is now being sold to FX vendors at a subsidised rate.
Secondly, petrol is still being subsidised with almost double the amount the Buhari government paid as subsidy.
It wouldn't be bad for Tinubu to come out and apologise for the grave mistakes he caused Nigerians. The entire BDC and Binance charade we saw would have still had the same "effect" without "removing" subsidy.
If we look at it critically, the so-called monies he claimed he saved from "subsidy removal" have been completely wiped out by inflation. Some reports say that states like Delta got about a 25% increase in allocation in 2024 compared to 2023. How does that help anyone when people now pay as much as 300% of what they paid in 2023 to get a tin of Three Crown milk? To add to the injury, salaries have remained stagnant for government workers.
If exchange rate ever gets to 1k or under 1k, his next move will be to pay more subsidy on fuel, so Nigerians can go back to the old subsidized price. LOL.
Tinubu's mistake is completely unpardonable anywhere in the world. @bolded.... Jus lemme laugh to it ππ Dey play my fans.... Whoever that hoarded USD should better release it on time, that's just my advice. We moveeee 1 Like |

I think it is usually the cost of processing. They know that if they do it themselves, they'll pay as much as 7-8m, with a larger part of it dedicated to the POF. On the other hand, the agent tells them to bring just 500k-1m and they'll do it. Of course, what the agent doesn't tell them is that he/she will use fake documents and that the likelihood of getting a misrepresentation ban is very high. In of all of this, the point these people are missing is that they can actually source funds themselves and figure out their application themselves. Truth π― |

Heaven knows I'm been honest here. I can forward my chats on how I suggested he tracked his application and how I gave him the same tracking links, and how he said he doesn't have access to the mail the agent used..... but was able to check it and I can equally forward is rejection stuff. I have no interest in giving false narrative to mislead anyone at all. And when people say they aren't able to check there's because they can't access their portal gives me concern because he was able to to God who made me. Why not just start from the beginning and let just see, make use of a new Gmail and follow the steps, it might works.... You have done well my brother!
