^^^ That is what i think too, i dont think the difference will be more than 200K Naira . . . but one has to do it extremely the Spyder's way . . . but i will just like to know if the difference will be much with buying the blocks, instead of moulding them, cos some of us that are not on ground, will be hard if you are only around for like 3 weeks and be able to mould and use and do something be4 i close the gate again and gone back to my base . . .

Even if you do it spyder's way and the difference is 1 or 2 million in Lagos pls shout glory to God, you have to factor cost of labor and materials.

@ Cinzo i beg tell am to put pillars, am sure the guy na old guy some time ago my dad said the same thing what i told him was what if the next door  decide to build a six floor building and  bring a machine that will dig dip and vibrate the land or have a huge generator over time it will have impact on the building.

i have seen cases where people plan that in future the will put another level on there bungalow so they make provision for it.

What they do is that, they will tear up some part of the bungalow and fit pillars there
that will carry the 3storeyed building. But it can never be like a new and fresh foundation
