You can build a bungalow, a duplex even a tower, the architect will determine the dimension of the rooms with you. But make sure you negotiate a good price for that size.

What am saying is for safety reason, surface wiring is exposed and there is no sort of protection against damages. with conduit you don't have to break walls when rewiring the cables can be pulled out and replaced.
