Many of us keep saying we had more than 3 months to change the old currency......I beg remind me again when the New notes were launched and how much was printed Viz a Viz the quantity that was deposited. From the time the new ones were made available till the deadline date was it enough for the New notes to go round?

But the New notes were not made available then even till now. How do u then expect people to survive,mind you we have bad network and transfer has been a big problem. How then do u expect people to survive?, the policy is very good but it's implementation is very poor and anti masses. Pls guys, I am currently unemployed for the past 6 months. I am into Agriculture with Speciality in Feed milling and Poultry farming. I will appreciate a good lead.....I have a small poultry farm at my back yard now but it is not enough, just 100 birds atleast it keeps me busy. Yeah....2012 was the last time something like this happened. Same thing happened in Onitsha/Asaba and this year is worse than 2012. Anambra and Delta are facing same challenges. A 3 storey building in my former church in Onitsha.....Madonna Catholic Church Acha fell today due to the flood, thank God I was told church activities stopped there since about 2 weeks ago due to the flood. Now Churches and Schools in Ogbaru, Atani and those affected areas are suspended till further notice. May God help us

The flood is usually pretold before it happens. I've heard many agencies call for the Dams to be worked on, drainages cleared in that area and all to mitigate the flood..it feels like it's never done.
I can't forget the first time it escalated in 2012.
I was travelling as a corper from Benin to Jigawa.
That road was unplyable. The rivers had over flowed their bank, farms produce unharvestable, houses submerged, communities made homeless. Traffic we met at Lokoja was 2 weeks old. We had to use a crane to cross our bus tru the nearby River. The scariest experience of my life. One crane carried 2 buses loaded with 15 passengers and 1 small car. 15k per vehicle to cross us.
My heart sank over an over in this 10 mins of one of the riskiest moves of my life. Like what if the crane just bends?, We'd just sink.

Guys should chill, nobody is pinning anything on Obi and this is a National disaster. I live in Asaba and I visited Oko market today. I later took time to move towards Onitsha when I saw that the popular Oko market has been dislodged and traders are lined up along the express road now due to flood......the entire market has been flooded. So all communities close to any water body is at risk now. SO THOSE PICS ARE FROM ANAMBRA. Delta communities close to river Niger are also under water as we speak. Companies close to River Niger in Onitsha also have water flooding their roads and some houses in Ogbaru and Atani are currently flooded while residents are either displaced or using Canoe to access their houses now

I am very sorry I don't see suicide here because the story does not add up. Those guys were Murdered and the Man killed first being the strong one, Wife framed and later hanged. Check the rope's distance ,it is too short for her to hand herself with such a short rope at that height. She atleast needed something to stand on and if she has to do that height, the length of rope will surely be longer than that to give her room to jump from balcony.........THIS IS A MURDER CASE, make Police do better investigation

This Lady should be calming down, I feel too many people are just hating on the Late Queen for nothing.
