I will be 20 by year ending and I just discovered my Bp is high, this is very shocking to me. Was sick some days ago and I went for a complete checkup that's how i found out, although that wasn't the cause of my illness. I Don't exercise anymore but I'm not fat and I think my paternal family has this hypertension history that affected my father. Can these factors be the cause I'm experiencing this?

Just the normal antihypertensive drugs.
Amlodipine -10mg
Lisinopril -10mg
Vasoprin- 5mg
XPAQ paracetamol and muscle relaxant.
All shouldn't pass 2k sha.
You'll have to keep using the drugs for sometime to keep your blood pressure down.
After which you'll switch to alternate days later on(not any moment from now o).
Watch your salt and maggi intake and avoid stress.

The tablets prescribed to me by doctors aren't doing enough justice. I checked it today the reading was 160/100 mmHg. I have severe headaches a lot. Please help!!! I want to get rid of it totally.

Hello, I did change of dob on my nin , they said the nin has dropped but the tracking Id keep saying that the tracking Id is associated with old account , wetin I go do am,so that the dob correction will drop on the immigration portal

After I did my capturing and biometric on Feb 7, the NIS portal was showing mismacht nin, I went to nimc office for correction of nin dob, two weeks after the correction the nimc sent me a copy of my nin and told me that the new dob has dropped in their system, but NIS Portal is still showing pending till now, please what should I do..
