Politics / Re: Another Migrant Boat Capsizes In Italy by omaigala(m): 9:46pm On Oct 11, 2013
Somethings are not just adding up. Capsizing in two quick succession? Haba! There's more to that story.

However, as it stands, owing to the rate at which migrants suffer in foreign countries, it's imperative people who's gat no genuine and legitimate business deals should stay in their respective countries.

Shikena!

Mods! My friend wishes to know why he was banned.
According to him, for almost 3months plus, he hasn't violated any of nairaland's laws. He didn't insult nobody.

So, on what basis was he banned?

Are you sure?

Nice question...
Even though those things are out of place in the world, I wonder if they ever function for a whole decade in Nigeria.

It is so heart rendering to see most of our vital facilities go extinct in the cold hands of the preventable monster call "Lack of maintenance".

I really don't know what the ministry of information and communication and the people at the helm are really doing...

What about Nigeria Communication Commission? They don't care...

Why is it so hard for us to maintain our belongings? Or is it a curse? Why! Why!! Why!!!

"Who will pls bell the cat?"

Effects of this their cold war includes:

Their thieving eyes are off the goal(s) (aims of getting to those places.

Their energies are channelled towards getting the power and recognition and respect.

Our energies and resources are kept and stored for 2015 even they've done nothing for us yet.

It is their subjects (the electorates) that suffers from the aggression of their ill mannered silly cold wars.

Power(s) are now been abused.

Police are now used as zombies.

Our image in the faces of the international communities is been ruined.

Those who are desperate for power might end up using innocent souls for ritual sacrifice. tongue
These any many more are and will be the effect of this poo from our so-called rulers.

Besides, the fact-finding committee of the ruling
People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on the actual health
condition of Suntai has directed Umar to continue.
But they said that he must seek clearance from
Suntai before embarking on any major decision.

In one word, the whole fiasco and brouhaha are just frivolous. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, hence, it's gonna be so hard for the acting governor who's gat pride to seek the former's consent, surely, there's gonna prejudice.

To my perspective, I'd rather Suntai's wife and those power drunken goons should just let the man rest.

Wait! He's gat no grown up sons?

is kogi state the only state that has the major ethnic group? you Igalas should emulate states like Benue, Delta, Cross River, Kwara, Niger, and NIGERIA.
all these states believe in rotational style of leadership and not oppression because Kogi state has close to nothing to show for it for all these years.

Even the benue state that you re talking about, I'm not sure has witnessed an Idoma man as a gover (I stand to be corrected though)

It's a pity that my people have not fared well in the leadership seat. But what pained me was the fact that Acidoisis went off track to insult and generalise some frivolous sh#ts.

Besides, even the Abubakar he's tryna paint bad here received alot of awards during his time as the best governor.
His predecessor paid all the waec/neco fees of all students for 10yrs. He built ultra-modern class rooms for all the state owned primary schs.
the Lokoja water works, the repositioning of the state university and a host of other numerous good deeds.

What is vexing acidoisis is the fact that we the eastern inhabitants has almost all the higher institutions in our place.

And for the population aspect, obviously, we surpass all other tribes in the state. for the governor's position, except we reach a unanimous agreement with you guys, seconded by the ebiras, I aint sure if you can ever get that cos of ur minute population. Don't be vexed, we aren't lucky, rather, we re blessed.

one luv.

He died for a cause, he was fighting for the right and future of the retarded policeman, he wanted a good life for the policeman's children too.

He was fighting for the future generation... He wasn't immortalised, the wasn't any nation wide remembrance celebration in his honour. *tears*

No wonder people turn back when it comes to protest.

His destiny was destroyed. Who will fight for his cause? Who will carry on?

Now the devil who killed him will soon be a freeman.

Acidosis: We appreciate your efforts, Sen. Adeyemi.

I can count the many good things you've single-handedly mobilised to your constituents/state..

I remember how hard you strive for your constituents to get a Federal uni after about 12 useless years democratic rule by a single constituent who 'feel' they own the state alone.
Even after your efforts, this same "I-own-it-alone" constituency went ahead to divert the uni to their land in addition to the over 6 Federal & state institutions they have...leaving my good people with "nothing".

The time is near when my people shall be free from this "thing" we call Kogi

cheesy Foul cry. They've got the land mass, population, the blessings, the resources.
Though some of them can fxck up at times, but they run things, things don't run them. You weren't marginalised. Na inferiority complex dey worry you o'jare.
