The moment you non Omanbala learn how to mind your business the better for you. We are too strong to be dared , we will strangle you and put you in chains.

Ndi Igbo, give up! You iidiots lost the war because you are ignorant and senseless. Always screaming hours housa and yoruba upandan. Build your home and bring dignity to your fathers house and people will willingly pay homage to you.

Long live Eze Nri , Enwelana Onyesoh.

Everybody knows we dont pay mind to these people, they know it. But thats not the problem with them. Its insecurity and jealousy.

Village mumu. Even Obiano is local clown. Since he was reprimanded for his immature virtuperation with okorocha the clown is avoiding further embarrassment by the usual isolationist system. We have a duty to tame you crude bushmen
Obiano is an elegant mighty masquerade. No current governor in the whole eastern Nigeria can match his CV. This is a man that was accountant general for shell international and retired as director of fidelity bank. Took the Nze na Ozo with full feathers. Akpukpo ukwu nwee size. When he walks into a room you will feel his presence. Comparing Akpokuodike to Okorocha is an expensive joke. Obiano was asked to come be the governor while he was in America chilling after retirement.

You can tame somebody when you are still eternally enslaved!!

So, be it, then! I will not interfere in what you decide to do with your homeland but try to stay in your lane. I don't discuss Enugu because what they do there is none of my business but for some strange reason you startle when I sneeze...Very strange!

You have continued to attack and deride my father's land and have called us all kinds of names but I have remained calm in the face of all your aggression. I dont want to jump into the mud with because there is no class in that. I dont see why you should be worried about how another man decides to run his affairs,if not that you feel deeply threatened.
It's weakness on your side and inferiority complex to allow what another man do to alter your natural state of mind. If you were confident in who you are this will not be a problem for you.

I am not into this Igbo unity FRAUD,interested in business ideas but not into your unity nonsense because I know you iidiots want to gain inroads into our cultural structure and dismantle it! I am even more stronger now than before because now we have saboteurs within Anambra working with the enemy but thank God we have Obiano who is making sure Anambra remain sacrosanct.

Whatever happened to your sense.
They are using Izugbe to sing in Anambra dialects. Isnt Gozie a ffaggot?
Meanwhile, the style of their singing like the words and their context are deeply Anambra. Otimgbodomgbo is purely Anambra. I am very busy guys

Why does this only happen to Igbo groups. Why are we this too clannish.
Yorubas in Kogi don't behave that way. And Yorubas in SW don't hold tenaciously to their state tags like Ndiigbo do.
The Hausas in NW are same Hausas in NE and NC, No distinction.

It looks like we are always in constant look out for things to hold unto to emphasize distinction from our fellow Igbos. We are too easy to uphold artificial identities.

Look at how Tinubu( from Osun), Ambode (from Ondo) are ruling Lagos, and Aworis are not crying , swearing and threatening the rest of Yorubas. But just Nzimiro mayorship of Ph, was too much for Ikwerres to endure.

I'm beginning to think that Igbo unity project is a waste of time. Maybe it's about time I gave up and spent my time on other useful ventures.
Again , you should know better,we have a different social organization from the yoruba, and I hope it remains so. I dont want to be an Imo governor neither do I want an Imollite to govern Anambra. And yes , Igbo unity project is a danm waste of time. The smartest thing is to to return home and join hands to build Anambra and from there we can dispatch.

Chinua Achebe
Dont be ignorant, Igbo was never one entity before the whites arrived. It was just recently that Anambra started marrying from Imo, before it can never happen.

I thought we had lectured some people earlier on this thread and some other threads yet they still go trying to dismember Anambra, I remembered too when we went as far as defending the Igala component of our state and they accused us of not being Pan-Igbo in reasoning.
Nnaa, we cant relent because our enemies are wide awake. We must keep vigil while we wait for their encroachment. Ilo erika! When I am really ready I would use my own resources to restore our cultural identity. If we dont do this we are destined for extiction and somebody is here talking about Igbo unity not knowing culture is at the very root of it.

At the bold, I hope you know this twisted logic can also be used against us.

Nigerians can say that all ethnic groups in Nigeria have been interacting with each other over centuries and that with time, all groups in Nigeria will merge as one. Hence, there is no need for Biafra.

Infact, some Hausa Fulanis like Mohammed Haruna are already pushing this logic as basis for Nigerian unity not being negotiable.
It will not fly because we didnt interct with Hausa nor Yoruba before the whiteman came. So, that argument fall flat on its face. However, we traded with Igala and Bini little wonder we never really had real issues with the later. But because with didnt have any contact with hausa and yoruba it was had to find means of understanding, henceforth, the conflicts. You are smarter than what you are doing now.

You are beginning to sound like those Igbo denying Anioma groups who create non existing Delta identity and defend it violently, and accuse those who try to punture there lies, of being land grabbers.
grin

After this your current show, what moral ground would you have to criticize those Igboids again?
How different are you from them? You are clinging unto artificially created boundaries by Nigeria, like those groups are doing. And you accuse those who point out inter clan relationships that predates these artificial Nigerian states and regions creations , of land grabbing and of having ulterior motives against you. grin

I bet you now know how those Igboids feel when you ask them to collapse their Nigerian created artificial boundaries and identities. cool
Ide nna, arent you been a little disingenuous here. You are comparing apple and oranges and that is not a legitimate argument. The Igboid in Delta are denying Igbo but thats not the case here. We are saying that we want our fatherland as it is today to remain untouched. We are not telling you not to marry your mbaise girlfriend or not to eat ofe owerri but dont tamper with out fathers land. You can preach your Igbo unity from morning till night I will not bother you but IDE NNAA there is a line you must not cross. Ya bu ogu adiro ebe aya anua. Nwanne, what are you talking about here. I don't understand this your post.

Isu is spread across Imo North , Abia North Anambra South and Parts of Enugu.

Their language is the language we associate with Imo state today.
Many people don't even know that Imo state don't have a single language too. They are not monolithic as well.
I get that but today we have Anambra and all over the world communities will emerge one way or another. All the towns in Anambra today has been interacting for centuries before the state was created ,so, its not like people were moved and merged together.Lousinna people were originally but today they are Americans and proud. Ihiala bu Ndi Anambra and I know a certain Chijioke Ngobili on Facebook and he will rather die than allow his town to be carved out.

You are mistaken.
Ihiala speaks pure Isu dialect of Igbo, found in Northern parts of Imo state.

Nnewi speak a unique form of language, corrupted by loan words from the Isu groups found in Nnewi South.
Land is Ana in Nnewi, but it's "Ala" in Ihiala.
Isu spread across the two state. Okpunor Isu adiro na Imo. Lets not miseducate People here.

The part that is most interesting and that I have come across frequently is the Ihiala argument.

I have met people from Ihiala and their dialect is Anambra not Imo.

Perhaps Orlu and Oguta people have Anambra dialect as opposed to Owerri.
Of course , Anambra has variants of dialects. From Aguleri traveling down it changes but the people remain the same. Oliver de coque is from Aguatta, now tell me how Aguatta speaks like Imo....lol

I hope you know anambra is very heterogenous. Anambra is not a people as most of you try to claim. Ihiala is 100% Imo stock and if they want form new state with their orlu kith and kin you can't stop them. In anambra every town is distinct and have little or nothing in common with a neighboring town. So be warned. You only speak for your town. This different in Enugu where the whole state is made up of only 5 groups: Nsukka, Udi, Nkanu, Awgu and Oji. With Nsukka accounting for nearly 50% of the state in both population and landmass it is unarguably the largest igbo sub group. Anambra is just a mere geographical expression
You an Enugu man can't tell me the history of Anambra towns and their origins. The "ala" in Ihiala doesnt necessary mean land, say what you know. The people of Ihiala are bonafide Ndi Anambra because they live and practice Anambra culture. They eat Nsala, Onugbu, ofeakwu and cook their soups with ede/cocoyam. They practice Nze na Ozo and dance the ufie gong. It doesnt get more Anambra than this. They will rather marry from Anambra than Imo and speak a form of Anambraic dialect just like Azia, Okija etc.

Anambra towns are related by either kinship or culture ,which has buckled us tightly together and yes it kinda monolithic! You cant partition Anambra, you will be in grave before you achieve that. Face your state and mind your ffucking business.

I am not saying you cant make your mother farmland a state but please leave Anambra out of it. No propaganda can ever cut an inch out of Anambra. Even if Nigeria go regionalism Anambra will remain as it is. I will support you with even money to create whatever you want but the thought of partitioning Anambra can send you to an early grave. You are probably guilty of this. Now, how can a man claim to be proud Igbo when his children dont speak Igbo language. If you marry a non Igbo your legacy is as good as erased. Your children will not speak Igbo and your grand children case will be worse.
Mr. P is worst of them, he speaks a scrappy American English with bad tenses, married a half breed and gave his children slave names.

Psquare made "beautiful onyinye" much after they were popular ,while Oduduwa boys were tearing the music industry with their language and culture. "Ifunanya" was an isolated incident because it was just the only Igbo song they made ,while they were still growing.

Late MC Loph, Mr. Raw made the way for modern Igbo musicians. People used to mock Nigga Raw because she rapped in Igbo but never deterred. However, Flavor nabania and Phyno calcified the place of Igbos music in today's Nigeria. And suddenly Psquare remembered they were Igbos....shame

You have to understand that alot of Igbo children born in Lagos were stripped of their culture, which includes language by their ffoollish and inferior parents, especially those from Imo and Abia , and I am speaking from the view of a person who lived in Lagos for many years. A lot of Igbos born in Lagos always hide their faces when their identity get mentioned, and they will even mock and deride their eastern brothers in the public. I have seen Igbos insult their fellow in Yoruba while the Yorubas laugh I, astonishment. Even Genevieve sold out until recently when Chimamanda got in the mix with her proud Igbo movement and all of a sudden everybody wants to be Igbo.

I disagree with Psquare.
They avoided/abandoned Igbo language for years till others made it lucrative, they decided to key in afterwards.
Just had a stint with Ifunanya and that was all for a very long time
This is particularly true. They were repping yoruba , when 2shot, Biglo were keeping it Igbotic. Psquare brothers were sellout and they crowned it all with their non Igbo wives.

Truth is that Psquare started from Lagos , a Yoruba domain and they thought singing in Igbo was unfashionable and unprofitable. They were churning Yoruba lines after lines and suppressed their identity.
