my guy, you lie through the nose! there is no Igbo in Benue and Kogi; also, there is no Igala and Idoma indegenes in Enugu. you all should be contented in your landlocked erosion riden biafra land.

also there are fulani minorities in Imo, why haven't you talked about that?

Those kids are the most pathetic creatures I've ever seen. Imagine claiming there are indigenous Igbos in Benue state.

Yet these are the same people that wanted to kickstart world war III when claims were made there are practicing Igbos muslims.

They want to one to dilute what they believe belongs to them, yet they go about coveting other people's lands.

Nonsense.

This Gov Umahi of Ebonyi state seems the best gov any South Eastern state has ever had since 1999.

God bless Gov David Nweze Umahi of Ebonyi state.
Dude seems quite reasonable. Perhaps they should start prepping him for bigger task ahead at the center. Sadly, his very own people will start calling him a slave, once he makes any moves to build bridges and allies across the country.

I wish PDP would give him their ticket come 2023, folks like me wouldnt even mind rooting for him.

I told them all their plans will fall flat at the feet of truth and honesty, just like they did the last time Buhari was away on medical grounds. There was virtually nothing pdp henchmen and their supporters didn't say or do to cause bad blood between Osinbajo and his boss, all of which failed woefully.

Warming up to 2023, they've put forward the likes of Reno and co to reinvent a beef that never was, and just like the last time, it has come crashing like a building under impact of a wrecking ball.

Pdp, this nonsense isnt opposition. You need to review your strategy.

Igbos Indiginous to Oju!!??

Jeez.

And what the hell is OGUCHE?? You make such outlandish claims yet even the name you guys cant spell correctly! Why are you people like this? sad

I gave you d name of local govt, name of d communities but you prefer to wallow in your typical zombie sloganeering.
Here's another one.
Only an incorrigible punk would think saying a good number of people living living in a place implies that they're indigenous to such a place.

Only a matter of time before you claim you people are indigenous to Lagos and Kano since alot of your brothers live there.

Yet he calls others zombies.

If you want to see an illiterate zombie, look in the mirror and make a sketch of the image you see staring back at you.

Benue belongs to the people of Benue and Igbos arent one of those people. Deal with it.

you are supremely ignorant on this.
There are indigenous Ezza speaking communities in Okpokwu Local govt of Benue state.
They comprise of Umezeokoha,Umuezeoka and some other clans which you also find in Ezza North LGA of Ebonyi.
I think they even have a ward they produce councilors(not sure).
Don't even doubt this,my girlfriend served there and schooled in Ebonyi though she's not an Ebonyian, so she was pleasantly surprised to see them there.
You people should stop plastering this trash everywhere trying to make it stick. IT WILL NEVER STICK.

Imagine after the false claims, you guys have now started extrapolating to claim they produced q ward counciller!! Imagine the shameless lies.

What is the name of the councillor? Honourable Nobody? sad

Why cant you lot present even a leaflet of evidence, say, a historical document, that back up your claims, rather than some fictitious newspaper publication which, by the way doesnt even support your claims?

You lot should be ashamed of yourselves!!

You arent from Benue. Stop forcing yourselves on Benue.

This subliminal post from Arsenal is a very disrespectful one and it takes a discerning mind to see its meaning.
Of all the possible pidgin words why will they choose

"Chei, abeg commot for road"

Who did Nigerians offend that globally we are treated like lepers?

We are not wanted anywhere.
Not in Ghana
Not in South Africa
Not in USA
Not in Thailand

And now not in Arsenal.
Shame on the Buhari-led administration for making the once giant of Africa, the laughing stock of the world.
You are trying too hard. Give it a rest.

@Op, your write-up is educative but the information about Cross River State is not complete.

CRS has more than 50 languages. In fact, it's like every community speaking their own different language.

Yala is one of the major languages spoken amongst the Yahe, Okpoma, Okuku, etc people.

We also have the Ishibori people, etc.

Boki is also a major language in Cross River State.

Yes, the Idoma part of Benue State speaks Yala, but Yala people occupy a larger population in Cross River State.

And the lingua franca of the state is Pigin English.

You tried, jare. E no easy.
Also have Igedes in Oprikwu, Anyadaha, and Igbakobo axis.

They are mostly immigrants from Oju LGA of Benue state and have occupied those places for over 200 years.

Folks dont know history around here.

Stay in your land locked state please. it is pronouced oyingbo and not oyibo! get that into that your thick skull! you guys have rushed into these LGA to claim that they are Igbos.
That dude is just going around claiming all states as indigenous to Igbos.

I have no problem with that though, but he should keep Benue out of his claims. As long as he does that, he can claim America and I couldn't care less.

Imagine! So suppositions and assumptions and not FACTS is what you guys are relying on to make your case.

How disappointing.

Not a shred of historical document to prove your case.

When you guys claim you are Jews, you manage to present a document or two to make your case. But when it comes to your claims over Benue, it becomes an impossible task to execute showing proof!

The Igbo found in Benue are: Umuezeokoha, Umuezeoka, Oriuzor, Umuoghara, Amaekka and Amaezekwe all in Ezza communities, Izzi, Ezzamgbo and Effium, these are the people who would have been in present-day Ebonyi State but due for the fact that the Nigerian government then carved us into Benue in[b]
