Signalng and their iPod induced headlines. How is saying "Nigeria is corrupt" a big deal?? I remember an iPod god once said "it is the turn of Nigeria to suffer terrorist attacks" and his minions wiped his ass clean with their tongues for making such a wonderful comment. Nigeria is corrupt, no doubt, everyone knows it. But the president is working day and night to fix the rot occasioned by iPod miscreants and their god. #let the tongue wagging begin. |

joseph1013: We never really learn in this country. Our obsession with Natural resources is our down-fall. Great countries are investing in human resources, we are stuck with digging the ground for more minerals.
If we pay half the attention we pay to Oil to growing our human potential, we would be a mile off. When you have developed the human resources/potential through, say, education, isn't it the same natural resources they'd exploit for the advancement of their society?? Human resources without natural resources is like a vehicle without gas. So, as much as we pay attention to developing our human capital, we must also do the same to natural resources- they go hand-in-hand. |

Even before getting started, you've already failed. Your job is not to de-market APC but to sell PDP. That was what Metuh, Abati, Okupe, Omokri, and FFK failed to understand during the last elections but rather focused squarely on throwing mud at APC (the Youth presidential debate involving AyeDee was a clear example) making the party appear much more formidable. They did nothing to mend the battered image of PDP and they paid dearly for it. Well, as he plans to de-market APC, Fayose would market it even beyond the boundaries of Nigeria, and Baba would just put the icing on the cake. Wale, stop wasting your time, and get a damn haircut already- shiitt looks like an overused iron sponge. |

OKKO: [s]I have never seen a Government that make excuses like PMB's. And his defenders in NL are shameless though over 90% have left in frustration. We grow lean defending the indefensible OMENKA.
All of you said its budget that is holding us from seeing the change. OK! The budget has been passed on a day its previous morning the Finance Minister, was talking in Channels TV that she is finding it difficult to pay salary. So what else do U hope on to implement the budget? CHINESE LOAN? Don't tell me GEJ has stolen all the money meant for budget implementation of 2016. Never in history of Nigeria has any budget ran on saving of previous years cos implementation has never reached 100%. Never tell me the problem is drop in oil price to $30 pb ; Obj enter when it was $28 but he did not nag, complain and lay reckless blames like this.
Save me this budget implementation scrap. There is a saying that a chick that will turn to a male is known right at hatch.
There is definitely to plan, absolutely no policy direction (the best we have heard in Agric is NOT how to provide fertilizers, improved seeds, irrigation or even a comprehensive registration of farmers; planting season is coming to end at mid year: all we have heard is plans to import grasses).
Absence of budget does not make Ministers to go asleep, they knew what they budgeted for they should have started rolling out policy statements waiting to hit the ground running when funds are finally made available.
Are the not traveling, paying wages and other recurrents since inception. Did they not do refurbishing of Aso rock and their offices? Are they not buying operational cars?
#The truth is that the government has no cash at hand, they are even finding it difficult to pay salary not to talk of implement any budget or execute projects; they have strangled the economy with echaic/medieval approach, they have destroyed SMEs with parochial monetary policy champion by PMB himself, they have chased away foreign investors with their lack of economic direction and dullness. The worst is lawlessness and political witch hunt and vendetta.[/s] Your opinion is totally useless to me. Bye. |

But the leaders of those countries have sent strong signals that they want things to change Wow. This is like a spear right through the dark hearts of those who wish this admin and Nigeria evil. When a people decide to make bigotry a form of patriotism, then you know they've descended into the abyss of hopelessness with no chance of salvation. Nigeria is on the path to redemption and greatness ably steered by a competent and fearless leader, embraced by patriots, detested by the sons and daughters of El Chapo. Watch how TI become their next enemy over this statement- they'd become so doleful you'd think they just received news they are to be cremated alive for being so stupid. God bless those who bless Nigeria. |

seunmsg: It's so sad reading about how this foreign leaders talk about us without respect but truth be told, we are responsible for all the insult and abuses. We are a terribly corrupt country with terribly corrupt leaders and followers.
For once, we have a president who is trying to clean up the corrupt system and some citizens are fighting and urging him to stop the war on corruption. We've even seen cases where some youths have mounted serious protest against the trials of politicians who are standing trial for corruption under the guise that the trial is political witch hunt.
If we want to earn the respect of the international community, we need to change our shameless support for corrupt leaders and support the president's effort to wage serious war on corrupt former officials. Imagine people on this forum even shouting BringBackCorruption!! What does one expect? |

And this thing claims to be qualified to be the VeePee of a country.
If this report is anything to go by, it proves our suspicion that his mother has indeed cursed him.
Sooner or later, PDP would realise what a threat this deranged thug constitutes to their plans of having even a toe nail in Aso Rock in 2019. With his remarks, given the fact he doesn't appear to have learnt anything from 2015, APC wouldn't need as much as a single campaign poster up North, Fayose would unwittingly do all the campaigning for them.
Long live the VeePee aspirant People's Democracy Party. |
