Mynd44, I don't understand why you people allow such blatant violation of Rules like this. Isn't this clearly against Rule 8??

Things like this are the reason some of us find some merit in the proposed Social Media Bill.

This isn't opposition, this is madness.

Then publish the true figure budgeted for presidential meals for 2016 from a reliable source.
I've advised you several times not to follow these kids in dancing nakid in public- you are too old for it.

How can you accuse someone and then ask the person to "provide proof your accusation is false"?? What kind of warped mode of thinking and logic is that?? When you accuse someone, the onus is on you to proof they are guilty of what they are being accused of.

Imagine me saying you slept with a pig last night and then ask you to "prove you didn't." Does that make any sense to youhuh

The least you lots can do is provide proof the president budgeted that much for feeding, what none of you have been able to do. Not a single source to this lie you've been trying so hard to shove down our throats- not even from the usual Wailers sites.

Act like the adult you are mister, or at least, pretend.

Cheruv, IGBOSON
Message taken. Apologies to all peace loving Igbos whom my utterances might have hurt one way or the other. I've always insisted these IPOD Yoots bring nothing but resentment to Igbos.

The real Igbos I know are peaceful, reasonable and very hardworking- give them a penny today, come back tomorrow and they'd give you ten! But the problem is that the unreasonable ones appear to have become the most vocal, and indeed, they are the minority.

I felt really insulted when they joined the Igede people of Benue state in their useless map and quest. angry

God bless Indigbo.

God bless Nigeria.

Fvck IPOD Yoots.

OP, I am not an E warrior, I'm just extra passionate about the country..

I'd have Waka pass your mention but the question is just too good,to apt to be left alone & I also have never been known to not take up a cerebral challenge... I only avoid the inane ones.. wink

I'm not penning any essay, spent a good no of years sweating through some "easy" ones, been there done that, but I'm going to give two analogies & you can make your inference ;

A. You have a very leaky gallon but you are using a tanker hose to pump water into it, it is leaking like no man's business but the volume of water coming in is far above what is leaving.... it is clear to see the waste but the false sense of comfort is " something still dey inside nah", I dey kampe!!

Suddenly the tanker from whence the water is gushing from is almost all dried up, to trickles, you then realise the error of not fixing the leaks in the gallon, You are now trying to patch the holes, & at the same damn time doing a balancing act to ensure the little that trickles in don't gush out through the innumerable holes still remaining, so you, your kins & your youngins don't die of thirst!!

I can also give more than 2 more but this will serve for now..

Just going to add, this is what happens when visionless leaders oversee the period of plenty, they make the job of a resourceful & patriotic leader an uphill task!. cool

*mic drop*
Exactly the point I was making last night that had one mentally handicapped wailer charge at me like an angry American bison.

I really feel sorry for Buhari. Imagine he had secured this mandate since 2011!!! angry

Come what may, I'm still very confident in his ability see us through this unrelenting storm.

It is well with Nigeria.

#Splendid analogy up there. It perfectly explains everything.

I have nothing more to add op.

Nnamdi Kanu is a terrorist and he will face the justice system in Nigeria

The crimes he has been accused of are punishable by hanging under the Nigerian constitution. If he is found guilty, he will be executed. Heavens will not fall, everybody will move on.

The NY Times should concentrate on telling the world how the American government deals with its enemies. Thousands were kept in Guantanamo Bay and other secret locations for over a decade without trial while they were tortured and dehumanized. They can also shed light on the rendition programmes they executed across Europe while at it.

If Nnamdi Kanu was an American fighting the American government and asking for the balkanisation of the country, he would have been killed by CIA drones with members of his family.

Nigeria is a sovereign nation and we will handle our affairs internally. Thank you.

This is just too pathetic for a Country running a monolithic economy (over dependence on oil as a major revenue generator); too bad for a Country that least encouraged product-based economy; too bad that oil that is echaustible over the years is no longer going to fetch us the huge revenues we use to enjoy in the nearest future; very pathetic that Nigeria can hardly boast of cushion effect to ease out this incoming recession; very alarming that this same Country right from the 70s when it commenced oil exploration on a large scale commercial rate had made over $20 trillion yet Nigeria cannot measure up to UAE, South Africa, Egypt, Tunisia, Angola and Libya in terms of growth and development......what a big shame on out Leaders. Buhari may be impeached on the longrun. embarassed
You should be ashamed of yourself. Had your useless god invested in the diversification of the economy when oil was selling at over $90pb for the better part of his regime, would we have been discussing this today? But instead, he spent all his time drinking himself under the table and shared our commonwealth amongst his ediotic league of pathological criminals like he shares his ogogoro, and here you are sounding like a poorly strung guitar.

What a shame.
Politics › Re: Tough Time Looms As Nigeria Loses Biggest Oil Customer by omenka(m): 11:04pm On Dec 21, 2015
This might turn out to be a blessing in disguise. It would give up the necessary impetus to look away from our single product based economy.

More reason why Baba must put more pressure on Jonathan and his band of recalcitrant crooks to return every single penny they made away with when they held sway. We need all that money to invest in critical infrastructure and agriculture.

We must weather this storm at all cost!

Ekiti people are complaining but some people who are nowhere close to Ekiti, let alone be indigenes of Ekiti, keep applauding Fayose simply out of their hatred for Buhari.

I really feel for them. The thug is much more fixated on attacking Buhari than fulfilling the promises he made his people.

I love the Dedicated account for lodgement of looted funds to make it easier to evaluate their application.

The only problem is that would run afoul of the government policy on TSA.

Regardless, I have strong confidence in Baba's ability to adhere strictly to the tenets of good governance and accountability. He WILL not re-loot recovered loot like the past administrations.

OMG!! Not again!! angry

So besides Ashi Radio which former state governor of Benue owns, a radio station that was build with everything meant for the State owned radio station (Radio Benue) there's also Ashi foods!! What a fraudster!

And Aondokaa also features prominently in here. I don't know about "Mikap Rice" as reported here, but I know he owns "Miva Rice" and they have their mill close to the BBL along Gboko road.

Indeed, Magu has his job cut out for him.

One simply can't believe how the brains of some PDP supporters function- it defies natural order seriously. How could one bring themselves to think this is a "witch hunt" or "media whatever" after such a painstaking investigation which deserves nothing but accolades??

These guys bear the brunt of the malfeasance of those criminals yet they simply can't stand seeing them held to account.

This is indeed an acute case of mass Stockholm Syndrome.
