Why was he even shouting?? He thought he was talking to his children?? Big ol Bastard. |
barcanista:I beg to disagree with you. Jega, metaphorically speaking, had a gun to his head with his hands tied behind his back when he announced the postponement. I lay all the blame on the president. It was crystal clear the PDP was headed for a shameful defeat and had to pull all the stops, legal or otherwise, to ensure that doesn't happen. This is nothing but a civilian coup. I am hugely pained by what happened to say the least. |
Nigerians are not happy. This is a very sad day in our democratic experience. More resolved than ever to see to Jonathan's exit from Aso Rock. Jonathan is indeed like "a mad man with a lighter at a gas station". |
Following closely. #Enter Day 1. |
alaoeri:I agree with you. This is indeed a very sad period for our democracy. It was gonna be a revolution through the ballot in 6days time but being the monsters they are, they had to fight really dirty to forestall their eventual doom. I just pray Nigerians don't let this discourage them. The path to victory is indeed a thorny one. |
Is this all the gist there is?? I was looking forward to reading something new. ![]() |
LoveDecay:This is where the problem lies. The campaign must have been calibrated according to the funds available and the dates earlier given by INEC. By this extension it means one still has to go round campaigning to sustain the momentum that has been built up since the campaigns started, this presents a very huge problem for the financiers of the campaigns. Where would the extra money come from?? PDP has a virtually bottomless trough from where they draw money to finance their campaign being the ruling party but APC doesn't have that privilege. PDP intends to use the extension to ensure the APC campaign runs out of steam due to inadequate funding while theirs builds steam. I can only imagine the kind of threats Jega must have come under to have shifted the elections. Reminds me of Ayoka Adebayo's incident during Ekiti State guber election in 2007. |

anibestlala:Oga, take your head out of PDP's asss and think like a human being for a second! Firstly, it is impossible for everyone to get their PVCs. Some people's personal schedule wouldn't give them the room to do so. Secondly, what makes you think the war can be won in six weeks?? Are you aware of the various dates and promises the president had made in the past as to when he would "wipe out insurgency in the north"?? It has been ongoing for over three years yet it seems the only thing we've witnessed is an escalation. What happens if it persist after six weeks?? Are they gonna postpone the elections again?? Have you asked yourself these questions?? |
I am much more determined than ever to ensure Jonathan is voted out of Aso Rock!! This man is disgusting!! ![]() |
luvinhubby:Says a supposed adult. Smh. |
Height of desperation. Now he's left running from pillar to post just to save his hyde. What a shame. Tufiakwa. |
This is the height of desperation from Jonathan. If these were happening under a military regime, one would have understood, but what are armed soldiers whose presence is much more needed in the North Eastern parts of the country doing in the Streets of Lagos?? Is there a war going on in Lagos?? This ought to be condemned by every right thinking Nigerian and lovers of democracy. Jonathan is out to destroy this country. |
@GenBuhari: What more can I say. Seems the country's on auto pilot the moment and everything seems to be taking such a direction as to ensure it's eventual crash. God help us all. |
jackpot:I don't need anyone to pay me to have an opinion. I have more than enough for myself and have a small business that employs 5 people. Problem is I am just utterly disgusted at what Jonathan has done to this nation. No one seems to respect or take us seriously anymore. We can't even fight our own battle anymore and parts of our country is under occupation by foreign forces as we speak. Why should I, in full consciousness, applaud the man that landed us in such a mess?? And now that it is crystal clear Nigerians want to boot him out, he's going all out to make sure elections don't hold. The same Nigerians that trooped out en-mass to call the bluff of Aondokaa, Turai, et al when Jonathan was reduced to nothing but a Janitor in Aso Rock are the people he now sees as his arch enemies!! The dude is just too desperate for comfort. He wasn't born with the presidency and I'm cock sure he never even dreamt of becoming a minister, but Nigerians gave him the mandate to appoint ministers and indeed made him the most powerful man in the country. Why can't he appreciate that and return the favour by simply conducting a free and fair election for us?? Why is he trying to compromise INEC, employing the services of all manner of fictitious groups to blackmail the INEC chairman? Was Jega not thesame INEC chairman that conducted the 2011 polls which Jonathan and his supporters claim were the most credible elections ever conducted in the country?? Or did Jega rig the elections in their favour then?? Jonathan simply understands that going to the polls in a week's time is definitely suicidal for him and his party because of the popularity of Buhari. They aren't prepared. He never thought this day would come. They were so complacent, boasting the party would rule for 60years plus and never bothered to build structures that Nigerians could make reference to as reasons for their retention in power. All they do is steal, steal, and steal some more! I go out everyday is see the pain and suffering in people's eyes and it breaks my heart honestly. I ask myself; what manner of greed makes a man steal billions of naira for himself when there are millions of people who can't afford 500naira for means in a day?? Isn't that satanic?? Some of these people are born into poverty and remain in it until they die. The ruling class make sure they are not uplifted from their conditions because doing so would ensure that much more than cups of rice, palm oil and kerosine are demanded when they seek elective positions. I can go on and on but I don't wanna sound verbose. Jonathan is simply a mistake Nigeria can't afford to repeat. #NigeriaMustRiseAgain #SayNoToElectionPostponement. |
Under Jonathan, we've seen the presidency reduced to nothing more than a greasy spoon where all manner of charlatans come to feast and take a dump. No class, no honour, no respect. I just hate what this man has done to this nation. The damage is gonna take years, if not decades, to undo. |
Yet they are scared of going to the polls. And Solomon whoever is whom they intend to replace Jega with so he could rig the election in their favour. Smh. Sordid SOBs. We've got just 7days left. The ring is gonna be the polling booths, the referee is gonna be Jega and we are gonna hold ringside seats armed with our cameras as the referee Jega admonished so we can monitor and record every single foul shot taken by the perpetual rigger, PDP. #SayNoToElectionPostponement. |
These are the kind of stats you would never find on NOI polls. That fluffy cheeked crook is gonna join the rest of the bandits counting boxes in the ceiling in kirikiri few months after Buhari is sworn in. |
These guys are on their own and they don't speak for me or my dog. Contrary to what they would have Nigerians believe, it has been Jonathan's die hard supporters and militants that have been threatening Nigeria as a country would cease to exist if Jonathan doesn't emerge winner of the election. We have told them time and again, we reserve the right to vote who we want to vote and no amount of intimidation or blackmail would make us change our minds. Jonathan can go and be the president of Niger Delta for all we care. I just find it very hard to believe that any man with the mind and heart of a human being would support the continuation of this indescribably corrupt and morally bankrupt presidency. I beats my imagination honestly. |
Disgusting conman. It worked for a lot of people in 2011, it's not gonna work this time. He can go on a dry fasting in Jesus' tomb for all I care. #SayNoToElectionPostponement, |
ULSHERLAN:Spot on! |
Can we see what this president is doing?? Seun can you see the degree of desperation of the guy you support?? Can you see how far he would go to kill our democracy?? This is totally disgusting. I hate this guy more with every decision he makes. |
This same video we saw a couple of months back where it was alleged ballot papers were being thumb printed in favour of Aregbesola over the Osun state election is now being said to be one in respect of the next general election. Wow!! I bet we would see same video again of APC thugs thumb printing in favour of Buhari over the 2019 elections (his second term). PDP is hell bent on ensuring this election does not hold as scheduled. This soon would get to Abati and Okupe and co and they would further use it to blackmail Jega alleging he's made them available to give APC the chance to rig the election in their favour, and them call for his head! It won't work. Cc: Seun, Lalasticlala. The title of this thread is very misleading and irresponsible. This video has nothing to do with 2015 but the Osun state election held a few mnths ago. |
aresa:You should ignore them. Neither Olamide nor Fashola is responsible for their misery. They should blame no one but their parents for raising them in such a manner as not to appreciate the essence love, happiness, kindness, and above all, life. They should simply do themselves in already. Rid the world of a couple more killjoys. |
aresa:All signs of someone who's totally frustrated in life. Suicide is most certainly being considered. |
Jonathan isn't prepared for the elections, period. Buhari's popularity across the country is giving him headaches and has made him develop a very cold feet towards the polls. He simply needs more time to prepare. Every other excuse given by the presidency is just complete bullocks. In one breath he tells the world the date is "sacrosanct" and cannot be tampared with, then he goes back to do everything in his dark mind to ensure polls are not held. Now he's started arresting opposition figures and intimidating them with state agents. Jonathan posses an existential threat to this nation. |
politricks: |
Earlier they arrested Silva, now ElRufai. The president is trying all he could to provoke the opposition into taking the laws into their hands and have a good reason to clamp down on them. It is all a ploy to ensure elections are not held as scheduled. I pray we remain calm in the face of these endless acts of provocation. Victory is within sight. We can't afford to bungle things up now. |
Who else in the house is watching the Bayelsa Presidential Campaign?? Why is the president finding it difficult to keep his mouth closed?? What if some renegade fly gets in there?? Is he gonna spit it out or swallow it?? He looks too dumb keeping it open honestly. |
