Na wa oo!! ![]() ![]() ![]() This one na die! ![]() |
Too bad this is happening just when elections are around the corner. Nigerian politicians are known to abandon everything else to concentrate on their selfish interests at times like this. Hope someone somewhere pays attention and do what needs to be done to forestall mass starvation. |
Why in God's name was it killed?? Nigerians could be such barbarians. God forbid. |
Well, though not from Rivers, but if you ask me, I'd say we should set aside such mundane sentiments as one's origin when it comes to selecting our leaders. What matters the most is character and I think Wike hasn't the character it takes to be a leader. He's too thuggish and uncouth. I bet if PDP had presented a better candidate from thesame place as Wike, the resistance towards such a candidate wouldn't be as intense as that which Wike faces. |
Just like that newspaper page the PDP supporters spam this forum with, if there really is any such thing as Lamido would want us to believe, I believe PDP would have latched unto it a long time ago and spread the news like a virus over the internet. Buhari has a Christian running mate and it is a big deal. Jonathan has a muslim running mate and it is no big deal!! Who do they think they are deceiving? |
Redoil:Please mr man, I beg you in the name of whichever god you worship, stop mentioning my moniker except you have something important to say. I find this mode of campaign of you guys extremely disgusting. You can't shove your opinion down my throat. I reject in totality the continuation of a regime under whose watch every stitch that binds the Nigerian fabric together is at the verge of being ripped apart. More lives have been lost under Jonathan than at any other time and no one has been thrown in jail for that. Under the same regime, corruption has assumed a mortal figure, striding the streets with leisurely gait , smiling and waving at passers by, and receiving countless number of accolades for glamour from the government! You can't use stuffs like this to appeal to my support, and you know why; you have failed to tell me what the same government you support has done to ensure such incident doesn't repeat itself. What was the outcome of the enquiry? Has anyone been prosecuted?? Isn't that an unpardonable failure on the part of government. What about the lives of the numerous unemployed youths that were lost in a botched recruitment exercise carried out by a cabinet minister, an employee of Jonathan?? Who is gonna be held responsible for their deaths? Did the minister receive as much as a verbal reprimand?? Is he not still a serving minister?? Have the families of those who died received any form of compensation?? Has the monies of the applicants been returned to them as ordered by the president?? There are dozens of incidents of deaths under this regime which can be used to smear her image, but what is the use doing so when the government has no image at all?? Leave the dead to rest in peace. Disgusting minnows. |
These are the kind of senseless talk that make people dislike Jonathan even more. And imagine whom it is coming from! Surely, this sentiment would be shared by the police as well. Then some guy called Oliesa Metu would go running all over the place saying the APC has been trying to politicise security agencies. Smh. |
They tried to prevent the formation of APC through the registration of a fictitious Three Man Party with thesame acronym. They Failed. Then they tried to tag him a religious fundamentalist and a terrorist. Nigerians didn't buy that as well but rather asked the FG to arrest and prosecute him if they have the evidence. Next they are coming up with this, all in a bid to ensure Jonathan runs alone in a general election!! Well, fellas, Buhari is contesting like it or not. There shall be no easy passage for Jonathan. This is not PDP primaries!! |
Caseless:Some people are best ignored. |
“There is no basis to compare the two because they are miles apart. President Jonathan enjoys the support of Nigerians as evident by the millions of Nigerians that follow his official Facebook account, Goodluck Jonathan.Hater alert!! ![]() ![]() |
See the face. Like a fat kid who's been denied his cheese! Lmao. Reno should go figure what it means when the media are always reporting "the General enjoys a cult-like followership". Honestly, I don't wanna believe there is any Buhari's supporter out there who's opinion about the General is "paid for". God bless the General. |
Mr President just got served again. The handwriting is getting clearer by the day. Jonathan, steer clear the North and South west. Even places where he appears stronger aren't gonna deliver block votes to him as they did in 2011. Everything's changed. There has never been a president as lucky as Jonathan in the history of this country. He came on board with such popularity and goodwill as to make Putin green with envy. Everyone saw in him a righteous innocent man, a break from the past. Several times he was presented with great opportunities to be the messiah Nigeria sought but he trashed every one of those chances, thinking he can take refuge in the ethnoreligious divide in the country, pitting neighbor against neighbor, and friends against friends. All what he has done so far is to accentuate our fault lines. He didn't understand earlier in the day that the rule of thumb in politics is to make as many friends, allies and supporters as possible. They come in handy in rainy days. Now the horse has bolted out the stable and there's no holding it back! Too bad. |
Sometimes when you look at the amounts that have been stolen in this country you don't even get the real import of the figures, but when you imagine the "worth" of those amounts, you'd wanna cry for this country!! I imagine, these guys fly in and out the country as they please. They travel to the developed countries and bask in the splendour of their civilisation, then I think to myself; don't these guys feel ashamed how their own communities look back home?? I mean, shouldn't they be envious of the things they see nd strive to make their own home look even better?? Do these guys have the hearts of real humans at all?? That which gets to me the most if the cost of the the dam which is the largest operating hydroelectric facility in terms of annual energy, the Itaipu dam, $19billion!! That is money ten state governors could steal in a single year in this country!! Stuffs like these are the reason why some of these guys would never wanna see a Buhari presidency come to fruition. God help us all. |
Just curious here. Is this about APC posters or Politics section posters?? Why aren't PDP supporters names being mentioned ![]() |
Lovely. The train is picking up speed and it would take some galactic force to stop its acceleration. My desire is to have these replicated across the federation. The man surely has a very strong personality and undeniable charisma, ingredients the country's leadership has been lacking in the past 6years. God bless APC. |
Hardly my business... It's a family affair. They'd sort themselves out. |
Oh really I thought they said River's state treasury has been emptied into Buhari's account. Where then is the "crunch" coming from??Believe whatever you hear from TANoidal quarters at your own peril. |
