in Brazil, it a crime to transact any business with foreign currency. Even as a diploma working in Brazil your salary from your home country must be converted to Brazilian currency before you can access it. You can only change your currency at the airport or through the banks, no aboki everywhere buying and selling dollars, it's a big crime in Brazil.
