In as much as I don't support supplementary election,my answer to your question is that not everything will be written in the constitution,in the case of Anambra election,INEC has the right to use its discretion.

I'm not in support of this nonsense. FG is trying to buy our future. They should not give us fish,they should teach us how to fish.
