Last two weeks was my first time of attending an interview,

They first conduct a written interview for me which i did and i submitted my work, they later called me inside to perform oral interview with me.

So after the oral interview, they collected my credentials and didn't score me...

But, they just actually told me that i can go now that they will get back to me.


It's three weeks now, i just want to know if an interview has been always like this where they will delay to call you back.


At least if my performance was poor, won't have been better if they had let me know at that moment?
