Container falls off trailer on Lagos bridge

A container has been reported to have fallen off a trailer in Lagos. This happened on Ojuelegba bridge early this morning.

The accident blocked the main road which gives access to the stadium in Surulere part of Lagos.
They had to create a diversion through the service lanes in Ojuelegba.

The container which fell off the trailer was about 40ft so little wonder how it blocked the roads and obstructed traffic.

Thankfully, there were no casualties recorded.

The Lagos State Transport Management Agency (LASTMA) shared the information of this incident on Twitter.
