This is totally overdue in the North. Why not start from Kano/Kaduna/Katsina or Sokoto, where more than 90% are confirmed smuggled cars?

I had opportunity to make a choice between Lagos and Abuja about 4 years ago when starting a major investment. I chose Abuja. If I will have opportunity to choose again, Abuja won't be a choice. You should only think of Abuja if you are looking for a comfortable and expensive place to live, but for business, it's a NO-NO except your business is politics at Federal level!
