2) The 14 members requested for a proper inauguration the next day as earlier fixed so that the 24 members can jointly elect principal officers as 9 members can't elect officers for 24 members

3) Due to the stalemate he refused them being sworn in at same time. No OATH of office has being taken till date and therefore no seat can be declared vacant which hasn't being occupied

4)Taking their OATH now is strategic because their allegiance and house rules has just been activated and they are more than 2/3 majority

the law only permits a proclamation to be signed once which the governor did on the 18tg of September 2019. When they saw how foolish they were to be in Abuja instead of the Chambers, they started asking the governor to sign another.. There is no illegality greater than what obaseki did. No court can declare the seats of the 14 vacant because they are yet to be sworn in. The law gave a number of days a legislator must seat but the law ONLY BECOMES ACTIVE AFTER TAKING THE OATH

Up till now the court hasn't ruled on it but you can be sure when it rules that proclamation will be declared illegal
