UPTH is the largest hospital in Rivers State, many of those sick people will just have to go home as the private and other state government hospitals will be unable to absorb them.

So, with all your education it's the president that pays salaries of all workers in Nigeria. If state governors are owing their workers salaries running inyo months Buhari should also as if the FG in the past years employed staffs for any state government.

I'm talking about emergency cases as stated on the topic. A doctor once nareated how some accident victims were rushed to the government hospital he where works and none of the hospital personnel touched them (victims) because they were not paid for. As a result a lady died. How would you feel if someone close to you was refused basic first aid in an emergency situation because of money?

Ok, if that hospital had the facilities but refused to care based on no financial deposit, that is wrong. However most hospitals in Nigeria don't have the facilities to render emergency care. What we all must do now is getting govt to ensure all facilities needed to prevent avoidable loss of lives are present in our health institutions. Maybe by putting a law to make politicians travel abroad for healthcare at their own expense and not with tax payers monies

As long as the scam buhari won't take treatment in Nigeria, hospitals here can manage to be vertenary clinics
