Politics / Re: Collapse Of Stomach Infrastructure: Lessons From Gods Are Not To Blame-frank Eze by Omojuo: 8:29pm On Jul 19, 2018
The man saw that people were hungry and started giving them food.

For him, you have to be alive to enjoy real infrastructural development.

Its not a bad idea.

But Fayemi will start building. That's the difference.

Ekiti people have chosen the one they want. Let them enjoy or suffer it

Meanwhile, this Eze that has returned, IPOB will be monitoring on 3D. They haven't forgotten what u did to their god

Politics / Is Nigeria Ready To Grant Amnesty To MASSOB And OPC? by Omojuo: 10:25am On Mar 21, 2013
Today, any uprising is greeted with call for amnesty. Whether the agitation is meaningful or meaningless, politicians will call on the FG to grant them amnesty. The militants took up arms in the Niger delta, protesting against the deplorable state of their region, even when it serves as the economic base of the nation, the result was amnesty. While this was commended by all, one wonders if the call for amnesty for others that are troubling us is worth being considered.
The issue that has dominated media discourse today is amnesty for the Boko Haram, a group that wants Nigeria to practice a single religion, ISLAM. They have killed scores, to realize this agenda, not forgetting properties lost in this meaningless struggle.
My question is, are we ready to grant amnesty to MASSOB and OPC when they eventually take up arms against government? This is becos every agitation is followed by call for amnesty? Reactions pls.
Politics / Between Boko Haram and those Seeking Amnesty For Boko Haram , Who Is Better by Omojuo: 10:08am On Mar 21, 2013
Nigerian Citizens were shocked to the marrow when a highly revered traditional ruler from the north, The Sultan of Sokoto called on the Federal Govt to grant the Boko Haram insurgents Amnesty. After his statement, several sympathizers trooped in their numbers, chanting the same chorus "grant them amnesty like the Niger delta militants". Although eminent Nigerians have stood up in condemnation of this, some politicians are still singing the song. Yesterday, Bola TINUBU, while on a courtesy visit to the Emir of Kano issued a statement, calling o the federal govt to grant Amnesty to Boko haram members that their hands are not stained with blood, while prosecuting those that have soiled their hands with blood. Where he goofed was his inability to tell Nigerians how to separate those with blood stains and those that are innocent. Do we have BH members that don't kill but preach salvation, or non violence? Obviously no.
Elrufai too has joined his voice in the call for amnesty. Certainly Buhari will say the same thing. The NASS yesterday called on the FG to adopt new approach, but failed to mention any. Must people talk? These are people that have killed thousand of children, youths, adults, and women. These are guys that have burnt churches, schools, police stations, telecom facilities etc. These are people that have sworn to distabilise the country. THE QUESTION IS WHY? THEIR AIM IS TO ISLAMIZE NIGERIA. IS THIS ENOUGH TO GRANT THEM AMNESTY? WHAT HISTORY ARE WE GOING TO WRITE OR LEAVE BEHIND? WHY ARE THEY POLITICISING THE SECURITY OF NIGERIANS? WHAT HAPPENS TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE AFFECTED IN THE VIOLENCE?
BETWEEN THOSE CALLING FOR AMNESTY FOR THE BH AND THE SECT ITSELF, WHO IS BETTER?
Politics / Re: Boko-Haram Has Failed - SSS Public Relations Director by Omojuo: 9:45am On Mar 21, 2013
They are fighting a lost battle. Setting out to Islamize the whole country is a futile effort. They are wasting their time.

Politics / SSS Spokesperson Calls On Nigerians To Be Security Conscious by Omojuo: 9:39am On Mar 21, 2013
Today's Sunrise Daily, a programme on the Channels TV had as its guest the spokesperson of the state security service, Marilyn Ogar. The programme which often times discusses the state of the nation focused on the national security of the nation. Ogar, while responding to questions called on Nigerians to be conscious of their environment, and report suspicious activities and strange movement around us to security agencies. She called on motor parks operators to collaborate with local Govt councils to emplace physical security measures around such facilities.
When asked about the recent call by the NASS for the adoption of new approach in the war against terror, she maintained that the security outfits are open to positive and workable suggestions, in so far as such option will not further deepen the fragile security situation in the country.
I must say the interview was timely, owing to the reactions that have greeted the Kano bomb blast. Her insistence that security is collective business shows that we all have a role to play in ensuring peace and stability in the country. As she rightly pointed out, we support work the security forces. We must be vigilant.
The call for amnesty for me must not be considered. If they are granted amnesty today, are we ready to grant same to OPC and MASSOB when they eventually rise up? Amnesty appears to have been politicized. Drop workable options for our security agencies here.

Politics / Tunde Bakare Is A Confused Man- CAN by Omojuo: 5:31am On Feb 06, 2013
“Tunde Bakare is a confused Man” – CAN

Pastor Tunde Bakare

“We read the story credited to Tunde Bakare; first of all, he is not a member of CAN and we are not surprised because he is more of a politician than a Pastor. One day, he will wake up and speak as a politician and another day; he will speak as a Pastor. But for him to say that CAN has no right to speak on somebody like El-Rufai who derogates the person of our Lord Jesus Christ is a very great offence. We want to tell Tunde Bakare to come out clearly and tell us where he belongs, either a Christian or a Muslim because he cannot be speaking from the two sides of his mouth. We are not surprised at the attitude of Bakare. Who is a disciple of Bakare? He was in Deeper Life Bible Church; Bakare went to Four Square Bible Church; from there, he went to Redeemed Christian Church of God and from there he ended in Latter Rain Bible Church where he is pastoring. In all of these churches, he has been in crises with them. He abused Baba Adeboye, W.F. Kummuyi and wherever he goes, he fights them. No Pastor makes trouble like Bakare and he is quarreling with everybody. So we are not surprised to see him abusing CAN and supporting El-Rufai’s reckless statement. It goes to show his character!” – stated the Reverend Emmanuel Dzieggau, the President of TEKAN on Tuesday January 5, 2013 in response to Tunde Bakare’s diatribe against the Christian Association of Nigeria [CAN] public comment of El Rufai’s tweet on Jesus Christ.

-

It has become obvious the last of the insulting tweet by the former Minster of the Federal Capital Territory [FCT], Malam Nasiru El Rufai against Jesus Christ may have not been heard. This as the incident found new wings through the latest comments against the Christian Association of Nigeria [CAN] by the vice presidential candidate of the 2011 presidential elections under the Congress for Progressive Change [CPC] – Tunde Bakare who had in his state of the nation address in Lagos faulted CAN – stating that from its criticism of El-Rufai’s tweet on Jesus Christ, CAN was only diverting attention from grave issues affecting the country. He also alleged that CAN was an extension of the Jonathan government.

Responding, a group of 13 churches within the Christian Association of Nigeria faulted Tunde Bakare – the controversial Pastor and Founder of Latter Rain Bible Church – and challenged him to define his religious status – whether he is a Christian or Muslim. The group which operates under the name of “Tarayar Ekklisiyar Kristi A Nijeriya” [TEKAN] in Hausa language added that Tunde Bakare’s antecedents were more of a politician than a pastor.

Reverend Emmanuel Dzieggau, the President of TEKAN, who spoke with journalists in Abuja on Tuesday January 5, 2013 urged Nigerians to disregard comments from people like Bakare “because if not in Nigeria, nobody will entertain a man like Bakare who double speak”. Dzieggau pointed to Tunde Bakare’s actions as that of a confused mind. This he said while pleading with Nigerians to not take him seriously because he has yet to recover from the shock of the lost election.

Dzieggau said that if it were to be the other way round that a Christian made a derogatory remark against Prophet Mohammed, the country would have by now been on fire. But “we are not going to fight for our God; we have left El-Rufai in the hands of God. Anybody who speaks ill of Jesus Christ does not go scot-free because the God in Heaven knows how to deal with him.”

Concerning Tunde Bakare kneejerk tendencies to jump into controversies, the TEKAN added that Bakare has lost his spiritual compass.

“What does he know about CAN for him to say that CAN is a department of government. What has the issue of Jesus Christ sleeping with women got to do with government? CAN has never been an appendage of government but has been known to be a constructive critic of the authorities. If inciting people against government is what Bakare is looking for he will fail because CAN is a responsible organization. But because Bakare lost election to President Goodluck Jonathan, he has been inciting people against the Federal Government. But we will not toe his line of thought and he should not compare CAN with the madness they do in politics.”

In as much as Dino is saying the truth, you don't have to use it to score cheap political point for Azikiwe jonathan.
Did south-south forum solve the issue of militants then? Was it not, ya'rdua with is initiative that propose amnesty to the militant?
This show that the retard we have now, has know idea in dealing with the problem of this country. This job of ass licker won't help you, it will only turn you to MUMU.
Perhaps you are not aware that the southern leaders were instrumental to the introduction and success of the amnesty programme and the cease fire that preceeded it. These are men that have demostrated commitment to peaceful resolution of crisis, men that have vowed to protect nigeria. What have their counterparts in the north done other than verbal condemnation of attacks, while lending secret supports. You appear to be the mumu, idokojimmy was factual

Let's be careful, he tweets for a reason. Most times for oil thieves, and out of political desperation.

Politics / Re: Beyond El Rufai's Blasphamous Apology. by Omojuo: 12:03am On Jan 29, 2013
It is unfortunate that Elrufai has decided to disappoint us again. While his defense was that he only retweeted, twitter logic tells us that only tweets that appeal to us, that seem to project our ideology or represents our thought are retweeted. Obviously, Mallam was aware of his actions and in his usual characteristics, knew Christians are not muslims that would riot and burn down mosque. While Christians maybe peace loving people, the Elrufais should not provoke them to anger.
Christ must not be used to press down his point. God condemns it. He must be guided.
Politics / Re: Jonathan In Lagos. Inspects Police College. by Omojuo: 5:10pm On Jan 18, 2013
All responsible agencies include maintainance of their institutions, renovations, etc in their yearly budget.
Where issues that were not covered in the budget become expedient, the head of such organization make arrangement to address such issues.
Training institutions in the security sector is fundamental to the success of any outfit.
As a responsible IGP, you must take these colleges seriously, if you have the dream of grooming responsible officers.
The deplorable state of the police college Ikeja is an indictment on the IGP. He doesn't qualify to be there. He has been feeding fat on police fund.
Last year, over 900billion was budgeted for security, how did the police use theirs? THE IG HAS QUESTIONS TO ANSWER. OR WAS HE EXPECTING PRIVATE SECTOR TO TAKE OVER POLICE?
Well, we thank God that GEJ has visited, we will see changes. But Nigerians shouldn't lose sight of the mismanagement in the police force. Something has to be done to change Abubakars attitude.

Ever since his plans of running things with Obj from Ota failed, frustration drove him into activism. Today he claims he is an anti corruption crusader, a human right activist. The party is a monumental failure. They are now operating with less than 10 NASS members, those that came in through electoral fraud. The fun is just starting

1. They want to court peoples's sympathy
2. To frustrate efforts of govt and make them fail, to vindicate their plot
3. They want to make people feel they are better, when indeed they are the worst set of politicians
4. Most of them are foreign agents planted and financed to distract govt and further foreign agenda
5. Some do it to be considered for appointment.
