WHO WILL YOU COMMEND? This year's elections in Nigeria have been described by international communities and most Nigerians as the fairest, free and most credible elections ever conducted in the country. In fact, this is the first time in the history of conduct of elections in Nigeria that I heard defeated incubent Governors congratulating their "conquerors"! My dear fellow Nairalanders, who will you commend and congratulate for the resounding success of 2011 General Elections in Nigeria? President Goodluck Jonathan who promised Nigerians that the elections would be free and fair or the Chairman of INEC, Prof Attahiru Jega? What are your reasons? ~OMOKEMESI |
@abaluv. Thank you for your post. One of the reasons for directing all Comandclem State Managers to forward details of Patentees registered by them to the Head Office in Lagos is to put the names of all GENUINE patentees in the database being prepared. I am of the opinion that the Enugu State Manager of Comandclem should have a copy of the list of all Patentees he registered in the State, which he forwarded to the Head Office in Lagos recently. I will advise you to go back with your official receipt issued to you when you registered there and make sure you are shown evidence that your name is in the list sent to Lagos. ~OMOKEMESI |
ATTENTION! Every FMCPA should please remember to always ignore any post from non-Comandclem Patentees since we cannot bar them from posting on this Thread. PLEASE, please, dear Comrades. Silence is the best reply and/or answer as the case may be. ~OMOKEMESI |

CAUTION PLEASE! My fellow Comandclem Patentees. It appears we have gradually started to deviate from the aims and objectives of this Assembly. What we are after now is how Comandclem will collect royalties from Mobil to enable the Company commence payment of Comandclem Patentees' entitlements. I humbly implore members not to introduce political or controversial issues to this Assembly. Do not post what can be counter-productive please. MAY GOD GUIDE US ARIGHT. ~OMOKEMESI |

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS VICTORY: PROF UWEMEDIMOH CONGRATULATES President Jonathan and OBJ The inventor of Anti-Corrosive Special Paint and Comandclem boss, Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, has congratulated President Goodluck Jonathan, on his victory at the presidential election. The congratulatory message was contained in a colourful full page advertisement adorned with the beautiful picture of President Jonathan and that of the Inventor, published in the latest edition of The Liberation. In the message, the King of the Ocean declared: "I, King (Prof,) Clement Uwemedimoh, Scientist, Inventor, Agronomist and Publisher, on behalf of myself, family, management and staff of Comandclem Nigeria Limited and The Liberation Newspaper, join millions of Nigerians in celebrating your well deserved victory at the just concluded Presidential Elections. "As we rejoice with you, there is the need to remind you that the electorates who voted en mass expect not only a radical transformation of our infrastructures; power, education, health, roads, transportation among other sectors. They expect that you keep to the words of the pact you signed with them by keeping to your campaign promises. "I extend my sincere congratulations to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the PDP, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, for his skills in piloting the affairs of the party to a resounding victory at the polls." |
I humbly wish to advise that our messages to Mr. President should contain APPEALS. Since there are many eminent personalities involved in the mediation, he may not be able to answer certain questions. We should also mind our comments about Mobil for now. Prof Uwemedimoh once said that we were no more at war with Mobil. At least, for now, negotiation is in progress. NEW POSTERS Please I want to advise every New Poster to remember to inform the Assembly if he/she is a Registered Comandclem Patentee. This is to distinguish a "friend of the Assembly" from FMCPA. Thank you. ~OMOKEMESI |
@marms, Oyexxxx, dgmegas et al. I wholeheartedly support your timely suggestion that we should rush avalanche of congratulatory messages to our lucky President via FACEBOOK and also urge him to help to ensure that Mobil pays the Comandclem royalties which the Company had earlier agreed to pay, without further delay. Thank you for the suggestion. I also call on all Comandclem Patentees viewing this Thread to please do the same thing. * * * * @Ola30, you are welcome to this Assembly. Remain blessed. * * * SUGGESTION Please I want to suggest that we should henceforth refer to this Thread as "Assembly" instead of "Forum" for obvious reasons. Thank you. ~OMOKEMESI |
BREAKING NEWS. BREAKING NEWS! What a Good Luck! President Goodluck Jonathan has officially been declared the winner of April 16, 2011 Presidential Election in Nigeria a few minutes ago. Dr Goodluck Jonathan thus becomes the President-elect to serve The Federal Republic Of Nigeria as Executive President and Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, for the next four years with effect from May 29, this year. According to the National Returning Officer for the Presidential Election and Chairman of INEC, Prof Atahiru Jega, Dr Jonathan, who contested on the platform of the PDP, polled a total of 22,495,187 votes to defeat Gen Muhamadu Buhari of the CPC, who scored 12,214,853 votes. Mallam Nuhu Ribadu of ACN came third with 2,079,151 votes. Dr Jonathan also had more than the required 25 percent votes in 31 states instead of the required two-thirds of the 36 States and Abuja, apart from scoring the highest votes in the Presidential Election. CONGRATULATIONS ! Our Dear President Goodluck Jonathan - and the President-elect. May your tenure bring good luck, peace, and unprecedented development to Nigeria and prosperity to Nigerians, young and old. May God continue to give you the wisdom that will make you excel in all ramifications in such a way that your name will be written on the platter of gold, and in the hearts of Nigerians, at the end of your tenure. PASSIONATE APPEAL I passionately appeal to Mr. President to please assist to ensure that Mobil pays the Royalties owed Prof Clement Uwemedimoh/Comandclem Nigeria Limited, before your present tenure expire on May 28, 2011. Doing this, Mr. President, will be in the interest of the teeming Comandclem Patentees, and ensure massive/rapid private economic development of Nigeria as planned by the Nigerian scientist and inventor of the world acclaimed Anti-Corrosive Special Paint, Prof Clement Uwemedimoh. GOD BLESS OUR PRESIDENT/PRESIDENT-elect GOD BLESS THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA From OMOKEMESI |
ATTENTION ! ! ! COMANDCLEM PATENTEES Did you register as Comandclem Patentee through any of the persons listed below? 1. Pastor Monday O. Akpan 2. Innocent Ita 3. Rev. Bokime 4. Elder Edem E. Ukpong 5. Edem Effiong Etim 6. Ruth Alfred Ekpe Ikot 7. Ita Effiong Etim 8. Asuqwo Effiong Etim 9. Daniel Udoh 10. Moses Effangideh A report in the latest issue of The Liberation newspaper, quoted King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, as alleging that the persons listed above as "yet to forward the much needed official records to his office for processing, verification and authentication". Prof Uwemedimoh therefore called on all patentees who had registered with the above listed persons to ensure that their documents are submitted by these persons as "there would be no records to offset the payment of those affected". ~OMOKEMESI |
@Yusuf Akure, what you have just posted is indeed a sad news. On behalf of the entire Foundation Members of this Assembly, I implore you to please express our heart-felt sympathy to the family of the deceased Pastor Israel Oluwarantimi, and the congregation he left behind. What his sudden death reminds us is that we should always prepare for death anytime, anywhere, anyhow. How many of us are sure of not going to hell if death knocks NOW? May the Almighty God take care of every member of the family he left behind. And like I posted few days ago on this Thread, let us continue to pray for sound health and longevity as we await the dividends of our investments. ~OMOKEMESI |
@dgmegas, thanks for your post. I appreciate it. I admire it. I admire you. I hope others will too. |
@Walexy1952, welcome to the Assembly. To the best of my knowledge, there is no known website for Ondo State Comandclem Patentees where you can check your name. However, I will advise you to rush to the Branch of Comandclem Office where you registered as a Patentee, to confirm if your name was in the list sent to the Head Office of Comandclem in Lagos. You have to go there with the official receipt issued to you as evidence of your payment for registration. Do that promptly please. ***** Welcome to the Assembly, all new members. Where are the Female Patentees? ~OMOKEMESI |
@shimfe, i was extremely happy and thanked God when i glanced at "shimfe" for the first time on this Thread today. I praised God that spared your life to join this Assembly. All the Comandclem Patentees that are alive today will live long to enjoy the dividends of their investments in Jesus name. I implore all the Christians and Muslims among us to continue to pray for sound health and longevity as we await the fruits of our labour. I thank shimfe, Ademola de and others that recognized the little God has enabled me to offer JUST LIKE EVERY MCPA has offered. In the meantime, I would suggest we put the appointment of officers on hold till after the GOOD NEWS. We need to know ourselves and names and some other details before we can decide to appoint from Foundation Members, planning committee members that will arrange the official launching of the Assembly, among other things. I therefore suggest that any Comandclem Patentee who contributes to this Assembly up till the THE GOOD NEWS is posted on this Thread should automatically become a Foundation Member of Comandclem Patentees Assembly, fmcpa, while anyone who joins thereafter will be MCPA. This suggestion is subject to the approval of you members please. I humbly wish my good people to let me allow younger members to be recommended for offices. I appreciate you all. ~OMOKEMESI |
@Yusuf Akure, I shivered when I read where you said I called you "anti-Comandclem"! If I regarded you as anti-Comandclem, would I have included your Username among those I recognized as MEMBERS OF COMANDCLEM PATENTEES ASSEMBLY? I am suprised. Anyway, I will not make any comment again about your post. But nobody on this thread will call you anti-Comandclem. THOSE WHO KNEW THOSE WHO BATTLED WITH US IN my former Thread which was closed by Nairaland, knew the anti-Comandclem posters I referred to. But I won't want their names to appear here. Please you can also express your opinion or grievances by writing a letter to the Editor of The Liberation. It will even be published free of charge. You can similarly write letters to the editors of other newspapers to nose for NEWS ABOUT COMANDCLEM. For God's sake, I have nothing against you. BUT ALL OWNERS OF NEWSPAPERS, RADIO AND TELEVISON STATIONS USE THEM FOR VARIOUS PURPOSES, BUT PRINCIPALLY TO THEIR ADVANTAGE. I STAND TO BE CORRECTED. Yusuf, I love you because you are a very important MCPA! ~OMOKEMESI |
COMANDCLEM/MOBIL: Political Activities Slowed Down Negotiation The spate of political activities in Nigeria has slowed down negotiations between Comandclem and Mobil, a report in the latest issue of The Liberation has revealed. According to the report quoting unnamed sources, most of the negotiators were involved in some political activities. The report however remarked that the talks were advancing "at a rate considered to be normal", and declared: "You know in negotiation, we talk a lot, documents have to be presented, screened, verified and the process of payment set in motion. We have reached a good level, even with the political activities that demanded the attention of most of the negotiating team." The report indicated that members of the negotiating team included top government officials, traditional rulers, respected citizens and some clerics. From OMOKEMESI |
Comandclem Patentees Verification Committee Rounding Up - Says Deacon Akpan The Committee set up to verify the names of genuine registered patentees is said to be rounding up. This was disclosed by the Group Administrator of Comandclem Communications Limited, Deacon Akpan Jimmy Akpan, in an interview published in the current edition of "The Liberation". According to the Group Administrator, most States have submitted the list of the patentees registered by them. "As we round up the verification of the list of patentees and work out their payment in line with their category, registration is still open", Deacon Akpan pointed out. ~OMOKEMESI |
@ Nsiman, thank you for your observation. I was inspired to do what I did today so that those recognized would be the FOUNDATION MEMBERS of the Comandclem Patentees Assembly which we will launch by the grace of God in the presence of our Role Model, world acclaimed Inventor and Chairman of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, and other top officers of the Company, AFTER THE NEWS! On that colourful and memorable day, all MCPA using USERNAMES on This Thread, will come out in their real colours (true names), including OMOKEMESI, by the grace of God. And we shall know ourselves! How about that? ~omokemesi |

"THE LIBERATION" NEWSPAPER AND THE POWER OF THE PRESS - THE 4TH ESTATE OF THE REALM! The best decision and action ever taken by Comandclem authorities in their bid to successfully pursue the Company's goal was the establishment of a newspaper - "The Liberation". If The Liberation newspaper had been founded five years earlier, Mobil would have piped down and settled with Comandclem, long before now. The Power of The Press! The power of the press in fast tracking the achievement of one's goals and aspirations cannot be over emphasized. But it is a no go area for the poor. Nigeria's first President, Chief Nnamdi Azikiwe, established "The West African Pilot" in Lagos on November 22, 1937. Nigeria's political legend and first Premier of the Old Western Region, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, founded his own newspaper, The Nigerian Tribune, in November, 1949. Both Chief Azikiwe and Chief Awolowo respectively established their own newspapers to vigorously pursue their dreams, goals and aspirations. Even, the Federal Government of Nigeria established the defunct "MORNING POST" and "SUNDAY POST" newspapers published by the Nigerian National Press at Malu Road, Apapa, in October 1961 and gave adequate publicity to the owners' programmes for almost 12 years. Many State Governments followed suit by establishing their newspapers, such as the New Nigerian, Nigerian Herald, Nigerian Observer, the defunct Daily Sketch, Daily Star, Nigerian Tide and the Nigerian Chronicle, just to mention a few. What I am trying to point out here is that only a very few newspaper publishers will be considerate enough to give free publicity to an enterprise without anticipating advertisement support. Until Comandclem started publishing "The Liberation", only the Comandclem Authorities could give account of problems they faced at getting free publicity from Nigerian newspapers. Enough publicity had not been given by newspapers, radio and television stations to Prof Clement Uwemedimoh's rare invention and his ordeal in the hands of powers that be at Mobil. The few newspapers that helped like This Day, The Nation and The Tide were scolded and blackmailed by sponsored anti- Comandclem writers. Prof Uwemedimoh's travail and issues were unfortunately regarded by many people, including those in the media, as personal, private and commercial. Many newspaper publishers would rather prefer securing advertisements from Comandclem like the one advertised in the "DAILY SUN" of 22nd March 2011, than stories that will be published free of charge. You cannot force any newspaper to use Comandclem story or dictate the prominence such story should be given. But with the establishment of The Liberation, Comandclem has been able to push its case and problems to the public as prominently and frequently as the Management wishes. And this has helped the inventor and Publisher, Prof Uwemedimoh, tremendously to reach the stage we are now. Comandclem Pataentees had been posting on the internet and writing letters to the editors of newspapers, complaining of not getting updates on and from Comandclem. Since the introduction of the weekly Liberation newspaper and our own Comandclem Patentees Assembly (through the grace of Nairaland owner), it seems the dearth of information has been taken care of. We should also check the Advertisement rates of the Liberation newspaper to guide us about how much it would have cost Comandclem to pass the information Patentees have received from The Liberation if Comandclem was to pass them through three newspapers by advertisements. Comandclem couldn't have been able to fund them from its meagre resources. Meanwhile, let Mobil or other newspapers debunk any juicy story or stories published in The Liberation newspaper. Undenied juicy stories, to me, are encouraging to Patentees than false and SOUR stories from sponsored anti-Comandclem posters and writers. WE HAVE WON. ~OMOKEMESI |
@Yusuf Akure, thank you for your Posts which I always enjoy for their motivation. In fact, we have avalanche of brains contributing meaningfully to this Assembly. Thank you very much. However, I wish to humbly express my different opinion to an aspect of your last post where you declared: "I will be happy if all those juicy stories are confirmed by other newspapers in Nigeria." Yusuf, I am of the opinion that it will be difficult to get any newspaper in Nigeria that will currently be in a better position to have access to "authentic source" of information about Comandclem/Mobil issue more than THE LIBERATION newspaper, owned and published by Comandclem Communications Limited. I think it should even be the other way round; i.e. It is only the juicy story about Comandclem published in other Nigerian Newspapers BUT CONFIRMED by "The Liberation" newspaper that ought to be regarded as "authentic" by Patentees. Unless the credibility of The Liberation newspaper is in doubt. And I think up till now, the credibility of The Liberation is not in doubt Once again, I am grateful for your regular contribution to this Assembly and hope those viewing this Thread but have not joined us in sending their opinions will emulate you and others. ~OMOKEMESI |
@Kalu John, thank you for your post and advice. Only a fool will put all his eggs in one basket - more especially nowadays. For those of us who registered as Comandclem Patentees before the final determination of the case in favour of Prof Uwemedimoh/Comandclem, it was a real gamble. But Comandclem authorities did not hide the fact from us. We were told in a very plain and clear language that Patentees would not even get his or her registeration fees back if the Company finally lost the case to Mobil. By then, whoever invested his or her life savings on Comandclem scheme, did so at his/her risk. But the risk was drastically reduced to almost nil when the case was finally won by Prof Uwemedimoh and his Company, in December, 2009. However, as you have rightly pointed out, nobody, particularly among Patentees, can say emphatically the exact date royalties will be paid. But I am praying fervently and believe that I will start collecting my own allowance this year. I also believe others will. ~OMOKEMESI |
BE PRAYERFUL, PASTOR URGED PROF. UWEMEDIMOH AND PATENTEES The Chairman of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, has been admonished to be more prayerful now that there was indication that "Mobil Oil may sooner than later pay him his royalties". Speaking with The Liberation Team in his office after a Church service, the General Overseer of the Wonder of God Church, Lekki, Lagos, similarly called on Patentees to be God fearing and prayerful "because there is need for wisdom in the dispensation of the royalties belonging to you which is on its way." FOR FULL DETAILS, PICK A COPY OF THE CURRENT ISSUE OF "The Liberation". ~OMOKEMESI |
@demola. Okay. Will get in touch |
THE DEFAULTING COMANDCLEM STATE MANAGERS: Is it true that some State Managers of Comandclem have not complied with the directive to submit list and details of Patentees registered by them? I am sure The Liberation Newspaper couldn't have published this allegation if there was no truth in it. What could have been holding the concerned State Managers back? If they are dragging their feet to go to the Lagos Head Office with their lists and other documents, I appeal to the Top Management staff of Comandclem to immediately wade into the issue before it is too late. Some members of the panel, especially the security operatives and bankers among them, could be drafted to the concerned States to pry into their books and records on the spot. A stitch in time saves nine. ~OMOKEMESI |
BREAKING NEWS! * Talks with Mobil Oil top hierarchy in top gear. * Committee set up to verify receipts and other registration documents of Comandclem Patentees has already covered most States of the Federation. * The Committee was also said to have been saddled with the task of working out the entitlements of Patentees. * Some State Branch Managers yet to return their receipts "even as the closing of the exercise draws nearer". * " Once we close our books, that would be the end. No other patentees would be screened and cleared for payment and we would have closed." * "For now, Registration, which can close at anytime, is still on". CHECK FULL DETAILS ON THE FRONT PAGE of the current issue of The Liberation Newspaper. ~OMOKEMESI |

@omojib. Try to contact the State Branch of Comandclem where you registered as a Patentee. You will have to take along the Official Receipt issued to you when you paid for registration. If you are no more in the State, you can send someone living there with your details to confirm on your behalf that your name was in the list sent to Comandclem Head Office in Lagos. |
O B J & COMANDCLEM: Excerpt From SAM NWOKORO'S ANALYSIS OF "OBJ @ 74: Highlights of an outstanding statesman", published in The Liberation issue of March 23, 2011. ", Those who know and have worked with OBJ closely say the Elder Statesman abhors cheating someone or treating somebody unfairly. And his spirit often spoils for vengeance against an unjust or treacherous person, group, institution or statutes. And this explains why perhaps when he perceives that the statute books have failed to provide justice at any given instance, he is wont to overlook whatever your law are talking about, and do what he believes is the right and just thing to do. . . . . This philosophy also powered most of his policy actions which benefited the pensioners, the military and the police forces whose welfare packages he increased several times. "It was OBJ's government that ensured that Comandclem's Patron, Professor Uwemedimo's world acclaimed anti-corrosive paint got the desired statutory and legal patent recognition like other world leaders and scientists normally do, when the news of the feat was brought to him. "Since the indigenous scientist won the patent royalty claims against Mobil Producing Nigeria Ltd, OBJ, as premiere Associate Patentee has also not wearied in his quest to see that Mobil honors court judgment and pay the indigenous scientist who brought honors to his (Obasanjo's) regime's campaigns for local inventions. "Elder Statesman OBJ is an achiever, a transformational leader, an opinion leader, and molder who loves his fatherland with an uncommon passion. Even at 74 years, full of zest and vitality." from OMOKEMESI |
IGNORE FAKE TEXT MESSAGES AND LETTERS : ~Uwemedimoh Tells Patentees The Chairman of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, King Prof Clement Uwemedimoh, has appealed to all Comandclem Patentees and members of the public to ignore text messages and letters being sent out by "unscrupulous ex-staff" of the company. He emphasized that there was no iota of truth in whatever messages and letters they had been sending, and urged receivers of such text messages and letters to disregard them. The world acclaimed Inventor alleged that the affected dismissed staff had been sending un-authorized text messages and letters to "unsuspecting members of the public and Patentees of the Company spread across the country, particularly in Kwara, Oyo, Osun, Lagos and Ogun States". In a notice published in yesterday's issue of "DAILY SUN", Prof Uwemedimoh claimed that the authors of the messages were ex-staff sacked and dismissed for various offences, including fraudulent practices, "who still parade themselves as bona fide members of Comandclem Nigeria Limited". He disclosed that the dismissed staff were from Uyo, Calabar, Ibadan, Osogbo and Abuja. "The Management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited wishes to state categorically that whoever transacts business with them on behalf of the Company does so at his or her own risk", Prof Uwemedimoh warned. He however reiterated the commitment of Comandclem and himself to the cause of thousands of patentees and remained unperturbed by "whatever confusing messages detractors have been sending around". He then admonished those desirous of information about the activities, or any information about Comandclem to avail themselves of such information by visiting "our official designated offices across the country".
