Throughout Diezani/ GEJ tenure fuel was never scarce. The only time it became scarce was towards the tail end of GEJ tenure when Buhari started claiming that fuel subsidy is a ruse and that he does not know what fuel subsidy is. Therefore fuel marketers started hording the fuel since they were afraid Buhari would not support subsidy. Today Buhari is paying subsidy and fuel situation worse than ever before. Nigerians now sleep at petrol stations in order to buy fuel. What a shameless change.

Following the explanation of A biased AGF and public notice by Inec its sure be that both have allowed two APC candidates (late Audu and who emerges from APC primaries) to gerner votes for the KOGI Gubernatorial contest to the disadvantage of PDP and other parties If APC is allowed to conduct a fresh primaries ,then Inec should equally arrange for a fresh election. In this way only one candidate each from each party would gerner votes and NOT as biasely proposed by AGF to favour APC .As it is now,its obvious AGF is colluding with inec in an apparent towing someone's body odour to hatch this neferious plan.

I watch the Senate today making a voice vote of confidence on Minister of Petroleum despite the plight of Nigerians in their efforts to get fuel Despite the long queues and despite the days sleep in the petrol station by Nigerians It is very unfortunate One should have thought that the Senate will invite the Petroleum minister for questioning, but instead they shamefully gave him a surprising vote of confidence. I don't blame them because they have fuel stations built inside NASS which are fully supplied with fuel 24 hrs. Maybe body odour has caught up with them.

There is no NIGERIAN laws nor Inec Act that permits two candidates to garner votes for governorship. election. We only know of one candidate at a time. Since Audu is death, a fresh election should have been the next option. By the biased AGF, it means 2 candidates would have garnered votes for APC while only one did for pdp. If APC can conduct fresh primaries ,then Inec should equally conduct fresh elections. That is the right thing to do

It is the Senate's constitutional right and the right thing to do at this particular time that Nigerians spend days queuing for fuel while fake assurances continue to emerge from FG and defacto minister of petrolium. I wonder how Inec arrived at its decision to continue with the process of election after the death of Audu. The Act setting up Inec and NIGERIAN Constitution both were silent on the issue at hand. To this effect its only the court that can speak after interpreting and analyzing the saga. For Inec to come up with continuation of process lacks credibility because Inec lacks the powers to solely take decision on KOGI new election after the death of Audu. It therefore means Inec has bowed to pressure from APC and is therefore biased. Pdp should immediately challenge inec's decision before date and seek for injunction

Pdp must challenge the decision by Inec. what authority does Inec has to arrive at this decision? Is Inec the court to interpreted the constitutional lacuna? What happened was not envisaged by Inec Acts and Nigeria's Constitution, therefore it's the court that can interpreted and state next line of action not Inec who is already toeing APC line.. Inec is biased to the core on this issue.

Inec must conduct fresh election in KOGI. A ticket is made up one candidate and a party, hence a new candidate from APC is required. I strongly advise APC to go for the next man to Audu at the primaries. Rumour has it that Faleke and Tinubu colluded to kill Audu so that Faleke can be sworn in. I disagree with Kayemo, APC should nominate the person who scored the highest next to Audu at the primaries to contest the elections. Those who killed Audu should not benefit the outcome thereof. KOGI people should reject killer's squad and vote another Not Fakeye. The killers miscalculated.
