I use books then if I find the concept so difficult to grab I check it on YouTube , for this project I used two PDFs, 'eloquent JavaScript and Vue.js up and running' and a shitload of Google and stack overflow

All I know in web development now (Html, Css and Php) was through W3schools, and I won't lie, its been very hard(especially PHP). If you don't mind.
