Hello all. Hope ur day was great.
@coco diva and everyone, thanks 4 d acv and cranberry prescription 4 UTI. The result is fantastic so far. I started EPO 2 days ago & hoping for gud results 4 ewcm.
For those looking 4 EPO, i dont think its a scarce prdt. I bought mine for 750(30softgels) at neklon pharmacy ikotun( 4 those of u in dat area). I read that brand doesnt matter in epo. Quality is usually d same.

Hello momas in d house, hope ur week started on a beautiful note?
@Hopeful, u re right. Research shows that long term use of acv can decrease blood potassium and lower bone density. So we need to thread with caution.

Hello all, hope u are having a wonderful wknd.
@Hopeful3 i also read about that kola bark only on that site and one other facebook page(i think they did copy&paste). I asked my mum who knows about herbal medicine about it, she said she doesnt know anything abt it bt she will find out.
I also read about pawpaw seed, aligator paper and dry locust beans. Prepare the items as soup for female infertility. If nothing positive happens dis cycle, i think i‘ll try this next cycle.
NOTE:
pawpaw seed - 3.
Aligator pepper- 1 full pepper
Locust beans- small quantity

Health / Re: Alternative Methods To TTC by onose01(f): 2:21pm On Nov 05, 2013
Coco diva: @Onose01 and @honiepiegirl, the dosage for acv is 2 teaspoons in about 25 cl of warm water. You can mix with honey if you wish to make the taste more pleasant. That's about the quantity of that small 25cl coke.I don't know if that bottle is still in circulation.
For BSM, its a tablespoon of bsm diluted in warm water.
Note the tea and tablespoon pls
Acv is best sipped at intervals or taken with a bendy straw to ensure minimal contact with the teeth.
And pls drink lots of water to assist flushing of the system.
@udoka, the docs can tell the difference by the apperance of the cysts and size and also the number and time of the cycle. I expect that the info will have been given to her
Thanks cocodiva. I took 1 tsp in a full glass of water dis morning cos i wasnt so sure of d dosage. Am really confused as 2 hw 2 measure 25cl of water since that coke bottle doesnt exist anymore.
Health / Re: Alternative Methods To TTC by onose01(f): 7:22pm On Nov 04, 2013
Coco diva: Hello all, hope we all had a Wonderful weekend

I'l like to remind us of the benefits of exercise to TTC.
Moderate exercise is a good natural fertility treatment when combined with a balanced and nutritious diet. Exercise can help you to maintain a healthy body weight. Excess body fat can increase the amount of estrogen in your body, throwing the female fertility cycle out of balance.
Exercise helps to burn off this excess body fat allowing hormone levels to return to normal. It also improves circulation around the body especially the uterus which prevents stagnation and helps the heart pump blood actively. It is best not to overdo exercise though. Low impact aerobic workouts like walking, swimming, cycling etc are best.
Tips: walk for about 20mins 3X a week
Use the stairs rather than the elevator
Park your vehicle a distance away and walk to your destination
If you don't have time to stroll out,you can get a jump rope.
More tips are welcome.fertility wishes to all
Thanks cocodiva. I think i hv 2 do more on exercise. Dh and i just relocated to our new house and since i dont hv frnds and not working yet, i just stay indoor all day with my phone as a companion. But 2 days ago i started using jumprope. I think i need motivation.
Lest i 4get, i bought cranberry and acv 2day for my kidney infection. But i dont know how 2 use the acv. Pls i need a quick reply. I want 2 start using it asap.

Coco diva: Hello all

@lore&temi, haven't heard of the kangmei maiden pills.but I could help get prices for the bee product later.pls ensure you get any products from trusted sources.so many people come to the internet and make bogus claims and you can't get a single trusted feedback/reviews from other than their websites.
@Onose1,you can get the cranberry .either the juice or the pills in pharmacies. The pills is more reliable tho' because the pure juice is not easy to come by.its either a combo with promengranate and/or with sugar added.and you don't need sugar cos sugar feeds bacteria.which is a no,no for your condition.its a bacterial infection.
@enkaay,you're most welcome.we'l be trimphant over ttc eventually by God's grace.we're just special candidates wink
Thank u cocodiva. I‘ll go for d pills 2moro. Hope u are doing great?
