the sad thing about wot all of you are saying is this, NOT EVERYONE CAN OWN A BUSINESS. It's not realistic economically. if one man owns a big enough biz, wont he hav to employ ppl? some ppl dont have the flare for bein an entrepreneur. and dat's one of nig's issues today. look @ it. everyone owns a biz, but none is DAT great. dats y cbn put dat limit on banks, cos every1 thot dey shud own 1!

you could get media monkey, its media player that can also convert a variety of sound files. or better yet, if u already have ITUNES, ur good to go, just check the preferences section

yes, actually i'm sure of 3 of those companies, they make really good customized software solutions from scratch for companies, that's probably why no.one's really heard of their products.

i can program in vb. and i'm learnin others.
i admit many women dont fancy programmin, but to say cos they cant 'crack their brains' is silly. there are guys out there, many, that dont program, does that make them simple minded? some ladies that tried it just find it boring.

If ur making use of tables or divs, you could just place everything in one big table, or div, and set its align property to "center", that way no matter the width of your screen the whole thing would be smack dab in the center. Wont advocate tables though, they're becoming inferior to divs in loading. HOWEVER, if not, well, i guess you just have to centralise everything dont you? Bbut i found that desnt work much for images, or maybe its just me.

Dont know bout java, but ur best bet is to break it down into categories, THEN search. for instance, there's css, html, workin wit programs like photoshop, dreamweaver, flash, scripting ie php, java script, web design is broad, and i feel ur bound to get more in depth tutorials on each dan just dat topic. dat said, try www.tutorialized.com. it has great affiliate sites too!

I'm all for females gettin ahead and whatever, but my gosh, they can be so petty and BITCHY. Esp if ur a female under them. Dont know y they can be so paranoid. i've also had irritating male bosses, but at d end of d day, if REALLY had to choose, would be male. besides, they're more psychable.
