What happened to the genuine seller you posted about last year ? Did they come out to be scammers? I have a genuine seller , but i dont trust anyone on nairaland again with their false claims of having buyers.

I still have a genuine seller but he doesn't want to do a spot deal in China. He prefers CIF. If you have a real seller who is ready to provide POP, ATS and follow the stated procedure, you can bring him up.

4. SELLER’S CAPTAIN ISSUES NOR AND ETA, SELLER PTOVIDES ORIGINAL ATS/POP OF THIS SHIPMENT TO BUYER’S BANK.
5. BUYER’S BANK SWIFTS MT799 TO SELLER’S BANK WITHIN ONE BANKING DAY AFTER NOR.
6. UPON RECEIPT OF THE SWIFT ABOVE, SELLER ISSUES NEW FULL POP IN BUYER’S NAME TO BUYER.

Any seller that can follow the underlisted procedure strictly can contact me

1. seller provides ATS documents with BL and partial POP of the cargo
2. seller and buyer signs the SPA. Buyer returns the signed SPA with tankfarm details and habourmaster, NOR and ETA details.
3. Seller's captain issues NOR and ETA. Buyer issues MT199 blocked fund within one banking day after NOR.
4. Upon receipt of the MT199, seller issues full POP in buyer's name to buyer.
5. Vessel sails to buyer's port and discharges the cargo into buyer's storage tanks. o buyer, within 24 hours buyer conducts CIQ to do QnQ dip test.
7. After buyer performs successful dip test, within 3 banking days buyer pays by MT103 or T/T to seller's nominated account.
8. Seller transfers ownership to buyer.

Let her find the average of her scores, find out the scores made by those that are from the same local government that applied in the same department, if any of them had lower score but was admitted on merit, then she has a case. Her exclusion from the admission list may have been an omission. She can approach the admission office or better still, see the VC with her proof. What is wrong with these people self? The one that GEJ has released thus far how did ASUU spend it ? No accountability yet you keep demanding for money under the stupid excuse of underfunding research & university infrastructures . The schools internally generated funds can not be properly accounted for. All we hear is Govt underfunding. All the millions they are collecting for post Ume exams has no account . Yeye people !

Are you referring to ASUU or the university authority? FG did not release money to ASUU but the university authorities to be managed by the university Governing Council and the VCs. ASUU is not in direct contact of the university fund so cannot be held liable for fund mismanagement. The earned allowances promised ASUU by the FG is yet to be released to them. If the FG did not act fast in this regard, there may be another indefinite strike.
