Almighty and eternal Father, please heal Nigeria's first lady Patience Jonathan from her illness. We are all sinners, oh Lord, heal her and let her learn from her current situation that you are the President of all Presidents and that it's with your grace that we find favor and not out of our own strength. Lord you do not wish the death of a sinner, but his repentance. Let her know that you give life and you can take it at any time. Let her influence her husband President Jonathan to make policy decisions that will put Nigeria in the right direction and alleviate the sufferings of millions of Nigerians amidst plenty of resources that have now been hijacked by a few. Let her recovery from this sickness purge her of all forms of corruption and that of her husband and all the public servants and people in power.

Lord, you said that whatever we ask in the name of Jesus, shall be given to us, I am asking you now in the name of Jesus to heal DPJ in Jesus name I pray. Amen!!!!

You need to start running or jogging at least 4 miles a day for a start. After one month, start lifting weight and working your abs. Start with 50 Crunches, 50 sit ups and 50 push ups every day. The key to loosing the belly fat is lots of cardio exercises, the crunches etc and weight lifting will tone your body and define your muscles.

Drink lots of water and stop drinking beer, all sorts of soda, and sugary juice drinks.

You must continue this routine for about a year before you get the kind of abs that is presentable . Your self confidence will increase, you will think and look smarter. You will ultimately have no need to visit the doctors, except if you have accident.

Most importantly! you MUST have the determination to achieve a flat abs, it's a lot of hard work. In most cases your body would just tell you to forget the exercise and rest, once you succumb, there you go, nothing for you.

Do what I have said, and your life will never remain the same.

That list is nothing! I don't think the entire thing is more than N300k. If any guy does not have N300k less than ($2000) to spend for marrying your wife, please don't marry yet, it is not by force. However it depends on the grade of wife shaa.

It is a difficult thing, but in life one just have to pray hard to God to grant him his heart desires when it comes to marriage.  That said, as for me, I may not have the opportunity to ascertain the impeccable character of an ugly woman because she will not earn my "hello" in the first place.  Really sad, but I am so sorry.  I know that God has a soul-mate for everyone He created, and I am sure the "ugly" ladies would find their God's sent.

Most people here just have grossly polluted mind.  What's the big deal in 2 guys or even 4 guys sharing the same bed.  back then at Kenneth Dike Hall we sleep 6 guys in a room in the same foam.  Nothing  even crosses any body's mind and every body is happy sleeping that way.  Some times you go visit your guys and you feel like sleeping over without hassles.  Well I guess it's part of the packages in America where about 30% of men are homo or the tendency to become one.  @OP you cannot live in the same room with someone and not want to share your pptys.  if you want that privacy move out to your own apartment that's how big boys do it.

The Lord is your strength!! Submit every complaint to Him in prayers, and I assure you miracle will happen. Nothing is impossible with God, and He has assured us that once we ask, He will surely answer us. As soon as you realize this and ask God to take over, your problem is solved.

I am happy about this result.  Although there might have been some irregularities, but I think the result substantially reflects the wish of the people through the ballot.  Soludo was a victim of wrong and debased party.  I hope 2011 will bring in more drastic changes in the Nigeria's electoral system.  At least Iwu did not allow his God father Andy Uba to influence him.
