blessme2019: Kindly take a place on the queue, someone is fleecing you of your hard earned money, yet you are not complaining. When the immigration charged 1k each as recruitment fee, I bet you were on of the first to shout/scream FRAUD! Yet one is staring you in the face n your years of schooling has suddenly been consumed by amnesia.
Get one thing straight, no one is against the establishment of any organization that will open up job opportunities, but what the Federal Government is against is the outrageous sums being charged by this man and his cohorts with the promise of a job when the organization is finally taken over by the Federal Government. Some states pay up to 200k each for the useless training that doesn't even conform to international standards. Why claim an authority over what you have little or no knowledge about? You have nothing to add or subtract from Peace Corps. Why not just keep quiet and allow the non-complaining Officers continue celebrating. You know nothing about Peace Corps. |

Hosea 4:6a makes a lot of sense. God is not of double standard. The way He will judge the American, German, etc is same way He will judge a Nigerian. Have you bothered to ask why there was plenty in the land of Egypt in a period of acute scarcity in Canaan and other parts of the world? My brother if God has helped you, appreciate him. Stop comparing us with the US, UK,etc. They were once worse than we are today but they saw into the future and invested in it. Ours is the reverse; selfishness and wickedness. But I still believe what God can do. You would he is mentiong God again and I would say, YES! God bless you. Gerrard59: Then how come we don't see such in the UK, Germany, United States or any western nation of sort?
The bolded, why is the unemployment rate still high? I'm not an atheist, but the over religiosity of majority of Nigerians is ridiculous when compared to the fact that there's nothing to show for it. Your statement doesn't hold in places such as Singapore, United States, Japan, Hong Kong etc where the governments there are ensuring their economy gets better and stronger to produce needed jobs and employment opportunities for their inhabitants. That's how things are done and not spending a whole day in vigil service. |

Am in Christ already cos am a Christian. Even the little money on me, since it's not enough to settle my problems, I used it to sow seed at church. Bros, just be sure of your stand. I wish you well. Know that you are better than so many no matter your condition. I gave you that suggestion because I know it works. Onitsha is not a distance from your place. |

Go to your LG chairman as well as your Development Center Co-ordinator with your proofs. There will be help for you from their offices. Ensure you do it today. They are going to help you. If you fail to see them, the money would be used to solve another's problem. Don't doubt this suggestion as it may even result in a lasting solution. Suicide is not an option; it will only land you in Hell. Finally, you need Christ more than anything. I admonish you, give your life to Jesus and you will never regret it.
GOD BLESS YOU |

Rexyl: Ekiti has the least budget for the year 2016. The state's administrator might be realistic with the financial condition of the State. Some states can come up with huge budget and in the end they will deliver too little.
Instead of castigating Fayose why people can't place his state's budget side by side with other states of similar status, in terms of size, population and economic potential and follow stages of their development?
What if millions budgeted to finance projects are not released? Previous experiences have shown that government hardly release half of the money as placed in the budget
From the figures in the table, some states could have done justice if they divide their budget estimates by 3 or more... If only we will accept reality and be critical. Nigerians have been deceived so much that we now prefer being deceived to accepting realities. |
Politics › Re: 2016 Budgets By States In Nigeria.................check Your States Own. by onyibajoe(m): 10:41am On Dec 24, 2015 |
The consequence of robust budget of states with low IGR and Federal Allocation is borrowing to finance the budget. Borrowing to finance a budget is not bad in itself but these our politicians have ulterior motives. Borrowing entails more money available for looting. Corruption continues while the debt profile of the individual states keeps rising. God save Nigerians from Nigerians! |

Have you asked yourself how we came about the number of votes we got from Borno State or is it only nice for justice to prevail when it serves the ruling party? Live in Nigeria with ur two eyes open engrflames: Whosoever says there was election in Rivers State must be related to Lai Mohammed, I was part and parcel of both the presidential and governorship elections as an Ad hoc staff. The elections materials were snatched by PDP thugs, we (Corps Members) were forced to write the election results on the results sheets or face being beaten by the thugs. The situation was so bad where I worked in Tai LGA I lost my phone and iPad and I was never compensated for the loss. Thanks to our Judiciary System for allowing justice to prevail. |

danidee10: Thank you for your invitation, i truly believe in a superior being exists that created the universe and all that's in it...but i'm still waiting for him to reveal himself to me...all these preaching and campaigning don't really convert/change people as they say experience is the best teacher. so i'm still waiting for God to reveal himself to me so i can truly experience him If you keep waiting, it may be too late. It starts with you(James 4:8 ). Those preaching first submitted, then had an experience and are now obeying an order(Read 2Tim4:2)More reading: Acts 1:8;1Cor1:17-18). Also, as soon as Jesus overcame the temptation of the Devil, the very first thing he did was preach(Matthew 4:17). Spend more time on James Chapter 4. God bless you richly as you read with understanding. |

Boko haram has been cut into two and its has sworn to spend the few days remaining for it trying to cause more havoc Forget what you read online or hear on the news and embrace the reality. The armed forces are tying but we still have a long way to go. It is terrorism we are fighting and not trying to restore peace in a riotous or mere crisis outburst. A lot of intelligence is needed in this fight but I'm not seeing it. The insurgents seem to exhibit more intel than our security operatives. The operatives are beeing outsmarted obviously. The earlier they put an end to propaganda, the better. The truth be told, there is more media presence than supposed on the part of the military. NA, no doubt, is trying cos there is no country fighting insurgency that is having it soft. The timeline they seem to be working to meet will come and go but we will still be hearing news such as this-not being negative though. Let's be sincere to ourselves, Nigeria is too big with our porous borders. Where do you want to start from? Ask yourselves why they keep multiplying with the numbers we hear are killed, captured and those surrendering. Finally, we can win but not within months and this level of propaganda. |
