Op you still haven't said anything about the location where the building will be situated. If your project is situated somewhere say Chibok or Sambisa, i really don't see why you will be needing up to 4M but if its an urban area then i think you need more.

I really thank God for leading me to this thread as I have been exposed to the strategies and tactics of our common enemy(the devil). I actually stumbled on this thread some two ago, though am still on page 89 I can confidently say that the op and major contributors have really help in resurrecting my spirit even as a ghost reader. May God give you guys the strenght to continue winning souls for christ and also grow from strenght to strenght in your various private endevours.
@ Bro Charles: pls I have a number of dreams I need you to help me interprete:
1 in this dream I walked up to a man(can't really recall his looks but he was friendly) and he handed me a pair of pink uniform(military/para military style) neatly folded and ironed. I eventually wore that dress home and there was rejoicing and celebration in my household after which I woke up.

2 In this dream I saw myself walking along a road(I was actually on a bridge) when suddenly an unseen force from out of nowhere lifted me up into the air and was carring me to the other side of the bridge to throw me down. Haven known my fate if eventually thrown down, I started struggling with this invincible force to set myself free but all my effort proved abortive. While approaching the rail of the bridge I noticed the unseen force suddenly came to a halt and after several unsuccessful attempt to move forward, I was released and fell back down after which I woke up.

3 why is it that whenever am been chased by demonic beings in the dream I find it difficult to run as fast as I should. I always see myself struggling with my pace and dragging my feet instead of running. Though I always wake up whenever they are about to catch me.

4 I was having a conversation with a certain(unfamiliar) guy in my dream who gave me the duplicate copy(blue copy) of a bank deposite teller duly stamped then I woke up.

Please people there is nothing good about being an atheist. These set of people are always defenceless when ever they are under demonic attack. There is nothing like the name and blood of Jesus christ when it comes to spiritual warfare. I was living a life which could pass for an atheist because as a christian which I thought I was, I hardly go to church. Sometimes I can exist in this world for a whole year without attending a single sunday service. As an introvert I am blessed with a very high moral standard for all to see but on the inside I was filled with darkness and emptiness. My life keep deteriotating from bad to worse until just last week when I had this dream. In this dream I was walking along the road(I was actually on a bridge) when suddenly a force from nowhere swept me of my feet and lifted me up like a piece of paper. I was up there struggling while the unseen force(person) was carrying me to the other end of the bridge to throw me down. This strange force later stopped an was unable to move(I guess that force was stopped by an angel of God). When the unseen force discovered that he was unable to advance to enable him accomplish his mission, he simply dropped me down and I woke up. As a spiritually weak person which I was I ignored the dream cos I was to weak to pray as that struggle affected my strenght in the physical realm. I looked at the clock it was 2:15am. Then suddenly I had this experience which seems like a trance, I notice a shadow figure of a person standing in front of me but when I try I get up to confront that shadow I discovered I just couldn't even sit up after several attempt. While I was struggling to get up that shadow let out a wicked laughter and I discovered I was dealing with a woman. At that point I started calling out the name of Jesus but at first my voice was weak as I could hardly make any audible pronounciation of the name Jesus but when my voice started becoming clearer, the shadow left. I woke up check the time again it was 2:25am. At that point I stood up an prayed and plead the blood of Jesus over my life.
As the op rightly said being an atheist only exposes you to the enemy as you become absolutely defenceless if satan decides to look your way. Saying there is no God is good as saying there are no demons.

Guy, you need to conduct a study on our private security outfit to see what graduates are earning. Some of them earn as low as 20k/month. If your friend is from a wealthy home them tell him to forfeit the job and wait for a better offer or he should use the job to either pass time or gather experience while waiting for a better offer. But if his family are not buoyant and he doesn't have anybody to cater for his essential needs then tell him to PLEASE take up the job otherwise na OYO state your friend go find himself. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm this is serious. I think its the young man that needs to be confronted either spirituality or physically. Taking the mother away from his son will still not do her any good because she will always be thinking of the safety of her only son in the hands of an unwanted stranger. the restiveness in jos is a wake up call to all security operatives in the country. there is no way you can have a northern secession without a war since they are currently the strongest tribe in nigeria because they constitute 70 percent of the entire population in the armed forces and most of the country's military arsenal are located in the north.
