Both SS and SE had a reduction of voters turnout while SW on the other had an increase in voters turnout. 2011 there was no election boycott call by ipob but in 2015, there was hence the significant reduction of turnout in the ibo area stupid.

You had low voters tournout because unlike 2011, election in 2015 was done by electronic means so you there was nice way you could rig. The south west had voters in 2011 apathy because their son wasn't running for president or vice.
