And this is exactly WHY I believe and know that Trump will eventually win and continue his 2nd Term as POTUS

As far as the 2020 voter fraud litigation getting before the SCOTUS (Supreme Court of The United States), time is not on the side of Trump. He will surely win there, but being as practical as possible, the case might not get before the SCOTUS before the time the Electors will be making their votes for the Electoral College. This is a critical fact. The Electoral College is due to meet by 14 December 2020 and right now, the real battle is Trump Vs. Time. So, if Trump doesn't get before the SCOTUS on time, is it still possible for him to win? Absolutely YES! And this other route to his 2nd Term is what I want to share with you today.

As you know, Battleground States like Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan etc are being contested in Court for VOTER FRAUD.

When you exclude the States that are having pending cases of serious voter fraud litigation in Court due to documented irregularities with hundreds of sworn affidavits, this is what the actual verified numbers of electoral map currently reads:

TRUMP 232 VS BIDEN 227.

Both candidates don't have a clear win up to the 270 Electoral College votes required to be officially declared winner of the Election by the Electoral Board.

Now in America, it is the State Legislatures (not Governors, State Secretaries or voters) who are in charge of choosing Electors in every State. Who are Electors? Electors are the people who will vote to make up the Electoral College votes. In total, there are 538 Electors, which represents the total number of Senators and Representatives in the United States for the election year. Each Elector has 1 vote. Electors in every State have 2 valid options. They can EITHER:

1) choose to vote for a presidential candidate according to who won the popular votes during the Elections in that State

OR

2) choose to be a faithless Elector. A faithless Elector simply means an Elector that doesn't agree with the popular vote, and therefore chooses not to vote at all for the candidate that won the popular vote OR chooses to vote for another candidate.

So how does this favor Trump? Most of the Legislatures in these States being contested by voter fraud litigation in Court are REPUBLICAN. And therefore, it is expected that many Electors from these States WILL NOT sign off their votes for Biden, especially when massive voter fraud has been established to have happened.

What will likely happen is this: when enough Electors choose to be faithless Electors and don't give their votes to Biden to give him up to the required 270 votes needed to be declared winner, then it means the Elections are INDECISIVE. For an indecisive election, by the US Constitutional Decree (U.S. Constitution, Article II, section 1, clause 3), the power to decide who won the 2020 Elections now goes to the US House of Representatives to decide.

Each State of the Republic only has ONE VOTE. Currently, Republicans have 29 States, but Democrats have 21 States. Therefore, when the House of Representatives finally votes, Trump will win.

You need to do better with deductive reasoning. There are so many unreasonable assumptions you're making. Fear can make people shut up, the man being a policeman puts a leverage of fear on the girl who is a teenager. We have seen cases where grown men have been robbed with wooden gun, and the victim cooperated all through because of fear. Some mature women have been raped just by intimidation, and they surrendered without struggle due to fear. People react to fear differently. Some show courage in the face of fear, some don't. Some struggle or try to defend themselves, some panic and submit to their attacker. So her behavior or reaction is not exceptional.

Someone you know before suddenly tries to rape you, usually, the shock or surprise alone at that moment, like is this guy serious, is this for real, it creates some moments of hesitation whereby she's trying to process and digest the film happening before her very eyes. And because the attacker is not a stranger but a familiar face, the normal thing would be to discuss and try to reason with her attacker to make him see reason why he should stop his act of rape. And this gives the attacker more leverage to perpetrate the rape, especially when he has already made up his mind.

If you view it with the lens of sound deductive reasoning and critical thinking, you will realize from the story, the man's original intention was not to rape the girl. If the case gets before the SCOTUS on time, then surely Trump will win there. But the hurdle now is that you can't just file a case to the Supreme Court, it must first go through the lower Circuit Courts of each contested State. And the faster those ones strike down the case and throw it out, the faster the case can be pushed to the Supreme Court by way of appeal. And so far, the Democrat Obama Judges have been throwing cases out, which is good news, so it can get to the Supreme Court before the Electoral College Electors start dropping their votes. That's what Trump has to beat - TIME!

No signatures were verified which therefore means that the recount was useless and doesn't count. It was mere formality. And it will favor Trump at the SCOTUS. Georgia Governor, who is a Republican, played the Democrats, it was a very intelligent political move. It has created a very big "?" in the credibility of the recount because the signatures were not audited or verified, and signature verification is a major criteria for validating mail-in ballots.

In its first court victory, a Nevada judge has agreed to let the Trump campaign present its evidence that fraud and illegalities plagued the state’s election, enough to reverse Joe Biden's win and set an example for other state challenges.


According to Trump officials, the judge set a Dec. 3 hearing date and is allowing 15 depositions. What’s more, the campaign plans to present its evidence that could result in the rejection of tens of thousands of mail-in ballots in Democratic Clark County where Biden ballots outnumbered Trump ballots by 91,000 in unofficial results.

“BIG news in Nevada: a Judge has allowed NV Republicans to present findings of widespread voter fraud in a Dec. 3rd hearing. Americans will now hear evidence from those who saw firsthand what happened—a critical step for transparency and remedying illegal ballots. Stay tuned,” White House chief of staff Mark Meadows tweeted.

American Conservative Union Chairman Matt Schlapp, one of those heading the Nevada case, told Secrets, “It gives us a real chance, if to do nothing else, to begin to show this historic level of fraud.”

Oddly, there has been a virtual news blackout of the Trump court victory. However, there were major headlines on the state Supreme Court’s certification of Biden’s victory Tuesday.

In its court filing from Nov. 17, the Trump team made several allegations of voter fraud, including votes by nonresidents and the dead.

But its biggest claim was that the signatures on hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots were not verified by human officials, as required by law.

What’s more, they found that officials used a machine to verify signatures, apparently against the rules, and even those machines were plagued with problems.

Schlapp said he is eager to get a chance to finally show its evidence of fraud and for the campaign to present the thousands of examples of signature machine errors. Since many states require signature verification, that is where the campaign’s fraud investigation is focused.

“The biggest thing which is true in all of these states we're talking about including in Georgia where a third of the ballots were cast in the mail Nevada half the ballots were cast in the mail, with no legal signature verification, certainly not in Clark County, that is the big treasure trove of illegal balloting in all of these states,” he said on Fox late Tuesday.

Late last night, he revealed the judge’s decision on Sean Hannity’s Fox show. Schlapp said, “For the first time in this whole tragic story of the 2020 presidential election, a state court has granted republicans in Nevada and the Trump campaign, the ability to present their case of widespread illegal balloting, and to just depose up to 15 people who know what went down in Clark County in the state of Nevada, so this is big news you know a lot of people in the national media have said, you know, if you have evidence of voter fraud, show it. Well, we have thousands and thousands of examples of real people in real-life instances of voter illegality. And I just think it's a great step that we're going to have a chance to present it.
