Excuse me, please, define "religious purposes" and tell us what those purposes involve. Does it include praying to statues, or reverencing statues, or making statues (like you said) or owning statues and using statues for personal prayers? My Bible WAS compiled by the Catholic Church, but my Bible WAS NOT compiled by the Roman Catholic church. There's a critically big difference, and the Catholic Church (the entire body of Christ) IS NOT THE SAME as the Roman Catholic Church. You said you make statues for religous purposes. The Catholic Church of Christ doesn't make statues or believe in statues or pray to statues. That is the definition of Idolatry.

They control the majority and/or occupy the leadership of all these above. Whoever controls the above owns the oil, as far as Nigeria is concerned. That's why the alleged claims by some Northern Oligarchs that they own the Niger Delta oil is not out of place with the present arrangement.
