The North will either vote for Atiku or Tinubu (to complete his final term) rather than support any other Southerner. They cannot accept waiting eight years for power to return to them or allow another Southerner after Tinubu. |

robosky02: It's time we forget Rwanda victory and face the Zimbabwe in front of us.
Zimbabwe feels they can beat us in Uyo if others have.
Remember we can't afford to drop any point
Moreover we need to start making Uyo a fortress where anyone opponent that comes MUST collect
By the way hope Genot Rohr will do us a favour by shooting down south South Africa It is actually not about Rohr doing us a favour. Rohr is ambitious and his team is also a contender. He was happy super Eagles defeated Rwanda, which also favour his team, Benin. He will play the match to win for Benin, not to win for Nigeria |

Sudan dey top their group with 11 points now. Kwesi Appiah is doing well with the Sudanese team. Meanwhile they are playing their home matches in Libya, Unfortunately, Senegal couldn't take the advantage. They are 3rd in the group with 9 points while Sudan leads with 11pts |

Sugarboyy: That same Ejuke would have done better than Chukwueze and Simon today. Most times when I watch Yamal play, a 17year old winger, I just shake my head for Chukwueze. I can't remember the last time Chukwueze dribble passed a defender or scored a cutler, something that other left footed average wingers do all over the world 🌎 He did that in our last home game in Uyo against Rwanda. Dribbled past 3 defenders and scored |

10 African countries and naija will not be there? That will be awful.
But how did we find ourselves in this situation with pangolo countries like Lesotho, Rwanda, Zimbabwe in our group. Mehn, we did not do well. Even to qualify for the play off won't be easy. After four matches, this is how the table for the runner up look like, first four will qualify for playoff

Politics › Re: Atiku, Fayemi, El-rufai Launch Coalition Against Tinubu by opes: 11:59am On Mar 20, 2025 |
simpleseyi: Kayode Fayemi will never learn.
After Tinubu assisted him to become Ekiti governor at his first term. He quickly turned against Tinubu and Tinubu just ignore him after all the total budget of Ekiti for 5 years is still less than Kagis budget for a single year.
At Fayemi’s re-election bid after sidelining Tinubu, dumb Fayemi as a sitting governor lost in all the 18 Locsl Governments of his State. I have never heard about such a dullard. That was how he was sent packing from government house.
The shameless vagabond has to crawl back to Tinubu before the next election, and Tinubu helped him to get a 2nd term. Such a nonentity should have learnt his lessons, idiots never learn He has no electoral value in Ekiti. Fayose helped him to unseat Segun Oni. When Senator Opeyemi Bamidele failed to support his re-election, he lost woefully. Tinubu and Opeyemi had to be begged for support before he could come back again. Opeyemi and Fayose are still with Tinubu. |

EXOUSIAng: Truthfully. Fubara made himself the prime suspect in the vandalization. How can militants threaten to blow up pipes and instead of condemning them you are telling them "I will tell you when to act" You didn't condemn their threats and discourage them but you simply told people who are planning to attack the state infrastructure that you will tell them when to attack. Then then is an attack in the infrastructures and as a sitting Governor you never condemned it or took any actions.
Looks like a politically motivated attack A greenhorn, he will come back stronger |

Now Wike was federal to fight the seating governor to the extend of declaring state of emergency in Rivers State. Wike is one of the foolishness politician I have sight on. lwisee: This is taking a new dimension. It means Fubara is gone for good. He's an Ex Governor of Rivers State. Wike brought this upon River State his home State Why will a sane man be throwing stones to his house from outside? Why is Wike not behaving like an Elder? He will live to regret his stubbornness and foolishness. His political career is gone for good. He never sees this coming. It's a master JOKER from Tinubu. This will invariably weakens Wike's influence over River state politics in respect to 2027 election. He won't have any bargaining power with Tinubu. He will be discarded like a used tissue paper after 2027 election. As it is River state will automatically go to APC. Mind you the Military Administrator will be there till a new governor is sworn in in 2027.
In all these, WIKE IS THE LOSER It is just 6 months. Power is sweet, they would have settled before then. Fabura himself will be happy with this development, if not, those 27 lawmakers are hell-bent on impeaching him. Political solution will be reached and problem resolved by September. |

There was a big fight when Fayose was removed as a governor, though Obasanjo wanted the deputy to take over but the ambitious Ekiti speaker impeached both Fayose and the deputy, by law, the speaker became the acting governor.
