The Dangers of Hiring a Contractor Without Insurance

Business activities at Sangotedo Market, Eti Osa, Lagos State have been put on hold by the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), due to indiscriminate dumping of refuse and poor hygiene practices by traders, resulting in serious environmental problem in the area.

The development was made known by LAWMA’s director of Public Affairs, Mrs. Folashade Kadiri, through a press release.

The release cited the governor’s executive order on traffic and sanitation matters, which stresses government’s zero tolerance for environmental abuse, including illegal and indiscriminate dumping of refuse, defacing the environment.

It noted that government’s efforts at restoring environmental sanity in the area were being thwarted by unhygienic activities of traders, who had consistently violated environmental laws and refused to patronize assigned PSP operators.

It stressed that the management was working round the clock to reposition the organization to rid the state of waste, necessitating the introduction of “Lagos at 4 am” operation and other laudable initiatives, aimed at restoring environmental integrity in the state.

The statement further said, that the authority had strongly warned of severe sanctions, including further closure of markets that indulge in indiscriminate dumping of refuse and on road medians.

It urged residents to support the state government’s quest to establish sustainable and livable environment that would be the pride of everyone, adding that they should shun indiscriminate waste disposal and patronize assigned PSP operators.

It would be recalled that in February 2019, LAWMA warned that it would shut down Ladipo ultra-modern market in Mushin, due to poor waste management practices, a plan later shelved after the traders turned a new leaf.

So, the barriers were started constructed from 1994, the Mexico–United States obstacle which is called the Border Wall, is based on the construction of vertical barriers. The barriers are not a single contiguous structure, but a long and discontinuous series of material obstructions that are called “walls” and “fences”.

The Secure Fence Act of 2006 is an endorsement of the construction of the fencing barrier along the Mexican border. It is consisting of hundreds of miles and it will be a limit between the United States and Mexico, including urban areas and deserts. The fence barrier is located on uninhabited and urban sections of the border where illegal trafficking has been observed. The areas include California, San Diego, El Paso, and Texas. The fencing incorporates with a steel fence, its height varies in between 18 to 26 feet. The additional layers of pedestrian fencing have also been deployed behind the primary border fencing in some areas.

Large-Scale Barriers

The US-Mexico border is actually a large-scale barrier which is being constructed by the United States. To dry, pat the wig with a towel. Remember, never wring the hair or else it will loose shape. Don’t air dry it or comb when dripping wet as well. Hang the wig on a wig stand to dry. You can spray a wig conditioner and then gently use your fingers to smooth it out.

Use Proper Products

Your lace wigs have been treated with care. You must use only dedicated and specially formulated wig care products like shampoos, conditioners and brushes.

Often you may come across certain products, which are advertised as being mild and delicate like baby care products for example. These are definitely not suitable for your wigs. They may actually make your wig dull and loose their color.

Do not use hairbrushes with nylon bristles especially on curly wigs. The curls will open out. Avoid hairspray, mousse and permanent hair colors as well. Also remember to use the products correctly and in right quantities.

Avoid Damaging Agents

Excessive heat and cold can play havoc with your wig. Avoid direct heat from ovens, blow dryers and clothes dryers, hot boiling water, barbecues and such objects. You can wear a cloth on your head to minimize any effect. If you are caught in the rain, snow or steam like conditions just wait for your wig to dry before you do anything.

Avoid Friction

It is preferred that you remove your wig when sleeping. Friction with the pillow or high furniture, car headrests etc can cause wear and tear and cut short the life of your wig. Just bear these points in mind and you can have great looking lace wigs that last for a long time.
