Please i need help fast, my bb tour 9630 is ra***g my wallet. I don't know what's the problem with it.

The phone will just pack up with the keypad refusing to work,(if i called the phone, it will ring but i wouln't be able to pick the call). When i leave it for a long time (6 weeks plus), the phone will work fine for a few hours or a day and then pack up again. I'v had it fixed several times but the problem will just reappear within a week or so. Please what do i do? i don't have a kobo for another phone. Please help meeeee oooh.
